❌❌❌I was there today in the drive thru trying to get my favorite drink. Ordered large size mango dragonfruit drink with light ice. Paid and when the girl in the register gave me the order, i was shocked. They put the milk inside and it was a medium size. I told her it is not what i ordered. I want without milk and it supposed to be a large size. Guess what happens next? She tried to fool me with the half of the cup filled with the ice + 2-3 cubes of the dragonfruit. It was not refresher drink, it was the best way fooling the customer. SHE kept CLAIMING that the drink has to look like that. I would believe this actress if i did not order from the another place the same drink. And she had nothing to tell about the half cup filled with the ice -> this is what they call light ice. RIDICULOUS. She did not try helping me or saying sorry. I wanted a refund immediately. She was the same person when I asked the same drink with no ice and she gave me 75% filled cup and saying “SINCE YOU DID NOT WANT THE ICE, I HAD TO PRESERVE SOME SPACE”. RIDICULOUS. Never will visit this store and will avoid the starbucks. And see the description of the return receipt: “DID NOT WANT”. SHE HAS NO COURAGE SAYING “I MESSED UP CUSTOMERS ORDER TWICE, THAT S WHY SHE WANTED A REFUND”…❌❌❌

At 2:12 pm on November 26th this worker had the most rudest attitude to me and my friends while taking our order, we mentioned it to her and hoped she would take it as good advice but instead she ignored us and closed the window. UH RUDE? Horrible service unacceptable as a employee who works with people every day.

I cannot believe the drive thru lines here so I came in to get my order for some work colleagues got 2 paradise and 1 cold brew to go. Took forever and then my to go orders weren't even set up properly in the tray with those stoppers. Driving up the hill they flipped and what a mess I had in my recently cleaned car. not doing this again
