“I met former coworkers for dinner here and was my first time dining at this location. Our waitress Alane was fantastic and the manager Rob even stopped by to check on everything. We had appetizers, main courses and desserts. It was all fantastic! Alane made sure waters were filled regularly and other drinks were refilled promptly. The restaurant was busy, but felt cozy at the same time. We were seated in a booth and was absolutely perfect.“

“We celebrated our 27th Anniversary tonight at Port Edward with dinner on the boat. I grew up going here as a kid and had not been there for 30 years. It was as amazing as it has always been and exceeded my expectations with the fantastic service from April and the kindness of a sweet woman who had worked there for 50 years named Cynthia. They went above and beyond to make sure our night was one to never forget and all of the food was delicious. I highly recommend to everyone to come and enjoy this experience for yourself! Two of us had the Wild-Caught Crunch-Fried Flounder which was amazing, quantity and quality; another had the NEW Sailor's Seafood Boil, which was delicious; others had the Admirals Feast, the Salmon, and the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. “I recently attended a special wine Tastemaker dinner with my significant other so this was the review for this experience. We were scheduled to arrive at 6:30 pm for the event so we were a few minutes early and there were additional guests waiting to be checked in. The front desk had 3 attendants which didn't greet anyone, they were busy looking at the computer screen and made guests wait for which seemed like a really long time without acknowledgement. After finally waiting a few minutes we FINALLY got checked in, however we still had to wait for a table even through other people coming in through the door checked in immediately and were seated very quickly. I did not understand how the checking and preparation for this event was organized or even at all. When we did check in, I had to confirm yet again with the attendant that we were here for the Tastemaker event. Then again we waited a few more minutes which seemed quite long even though other people were already seated and served their wine. The overall event was wonderful and great with excellent tasting and pairings. I would strongly suggest the checkin process to be better organized especially since I was also a VIP Opentable member and go to Ruth Chris frequently. I may reconsider not attending these future events for the way that this whole checking process was handled.“
