“What an experience! I’m a BBQ snob and this place met my standards. My opinion: love the ribs, burnt ends, hot links, pulled pork, mac n cheese and chicken. Liked the brisket, turkey, sweet potato fries. Baked beans weren’t my favorite.
Now for my favorite part of the experience… out waitress Kylie (I hope I got her name right). She was phenomenal. She knew just when to check in and provided outstanding service. Best waitress I have ever had.“

“I have been going to this place for the past number of years and every single time the steaks are cooked perfectly. I actually requested “medium rare plus“. Cooked, char grilled perfectly. Highly recommend the cowboy ribeye bone in. All food, including the sides and even desserts are outstanding. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. Quality of the service matched the quality of food. it’s nice when the experience and quality of food and Service matches the cost. Well worth it!“

“Food was good, came out hot and fresh and once we were seated the staff were fairly attentive. I would definitely come back again, but there were a few things I noticed that they should improve on which would upgrade this to a 5 star rating.

Firstly, when we arrived no one was there to greet or seat us. We stood around looking like lost foreigners until another Spanish speaking customer mentioned something to the lady behind the counter who finally said “Oh, are you here to dine in or carry out?”

Secondly, we had a food safety issue with two entrees we ordered which were quickly remade. They did apologize a few times, but from a customer service perspective they should have done a little more to make things right. I don’t want to go into details on what happened with the food, but something like that warranted at least a comp of some kind. Doesn’t need to be free meals for all, but throwing in an appetizer or dessert or something small would have been a good gesture considering the severity of the issue. That really left a bad taste in my mouth as there seemed to be no accountability from the restaurant there.

After all is said and done, stuff happens and I get they’re a small business. Just providing some constructive feedback in hopes they will try to do better because the food is pretty good.“

“Great dinner tonight. Mexican Indian Fusion. The seasoned chips were served hot and Salsas were flavorful. Portions were plentiful and the prices were family friendly. You can choose 3 different street tacos with rice and beans for $15! The staff was very attentive as we were outside dining. And the waiter left us a pitcher of water for the table. It was most appreciated. We definitely will return.“

“I came in for an early dinner solo and sat at the bar. Immediately welcomed by Bryan and shown menus. Bryan and Sam both checked on me and had incredible customer service. I had the best tequila espresso martini I have had and of course dinner was incredible. Martin came around very hospitable checking on everyone including myself. Nice relaxing environment, incredible food/drinks, and service. What more can you ask for? Will definitely be back. “I really really liked this place. The food was great good. Mashed potatoes lime my mom made(and she made food mashed potatoes:) The steak kabobs were amazing. Tender and perfectly cooked. The drinks were both generous and flavorful at prices that beat the local area(same for the food real value).
Amazing time with the piano player. Am I using AMAZING to much...well, for me was the best night In a week of Chicago area including a Michelin mention downtown (for me this was better and honestly maybe 1/4 of the price).
