It was as amazing as it has always been and exceeded my expectations with the fantastic service from April and the kindness of a sweet woman who had worked there for 50 years named Cynthia. “We visited with a large party for a friend’s birthday, so there was a bit of a wait before we were able to get our food order in, but overall the experience was positive. I don’t usually like sushi, so I ordered the yaki udon, which was good, and it came with a miso soup that I really enjoyed; though I do wish the udon portion had been a bit larger.

My partner ordered the Mango Tango roll and chicken tempura sushi and really liked both. The sushi was good overall, and the presentation was pretty, even if it was served on fairly basic plates. We also tried the chicken karaage, which had good flavor but could have been a little juicier.

To top it off, since we were celebrating a birthday, the staff brought out a free dessert for the table, which was a really nice touch. Overall, it’s a solid local all-you-can-eat sushi spot and a good option, especially for group dining.“
