“We've not been there since 2017 due to relocation but have nothing but fond memories of Dover Straits. When we bought our house in Grayslake in 1995, our realtor took us there to celebrate. We continued going, mainly for birthdays, anniversaries or impress out of towners, and were never disappointed. We have immediate access to super fresh seafood in Florida but miss the ambiance and supper club vibe Dover Straits provided. Loved that the owners always greeted us like we were worth a million bucks.“

“Samantha was our server. We came to Season 52 a few weeks ago and had Samantha. Now we ask for her by name. She is amazing! The food is excellent! Cooked to perfection! So thank yaccess. We usually get an appetizer, dinner, and dessert, and a non-alcoholic drink. It is a little pricey ($50-$70/pp depending on what you order) but worth every penny! They have mini desserts so even if you are full you could manage to have a little something sweet at the end! You won't be disappointed!!!“

“We had dinner at the Schaumburg location. Our server was Cam, and he was excellent. He checked in on us regularly throughout the meal, as did the manager. He gave us some great suggestions, and the service was rapid. It was an enjoyable evening.“

“I took my guy here for his Father's Day dinner on Saturday because the weather was going to be bad on Sunday. This was our first time here. Our waitress Seline was very nice and so was the manager Bess(spelling?). The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely. My guy had lobster crab cake, ribeye steak with mash potatoes and asparagus. I had Cesar salad, seabass, mushrooms with mash potatoes and asparagus. I would highly recommend this recommend this restaurant. Everyone was very nice to us!“

“JAMES HYDRICK recently brought my fiancee back to my life, after we have been composed for 9years. We have stayed living favorably without any delinquent. I always converse about matrimony with her but she replies me with, And promise me that we will soon get married. I was shock on a faithful day when she called me and told me that she is no longer interested in the relationship, because she met another guy, and they were almost getting married. I was stunned and dizzy after hearing that from her. I was so drained and tried to get back to myself because deprived of her it was dreadful because I truly love her with the whole of my emotion. “This was my first time trying Poke Bros. I had a pick-up order, and it was ready when estimated. The only issue with my experience was that they included pineapple in my bowl, which I had ordered as a Shaka. It threw the flavor off, but it's a solid, delicious place.“

“We had dinner here last weekend, and as always the service and ambiance were outstanding. However, I ordered the special cut up version of their ribeye steak, and while prepared perfectly, the quality of the cut did not meet my expectations. At least 30% of the portion was inedible gristle, making the $48 price point a poor value. I would not order this steak again.“
