Their site indicated fresh ingredients, fresh dough, and outstanding service. It’s true! This is not a chain…as in everything tastes the same, pizza. The sauce is fresh and not overly salted or seasoned; you taste the tomatoes, the sausage, the green peppers and the onions! It was risky because I ordered this for New Year’s Eve for a group, (even tho I’d never had it) but all loved it. I had to laugh thinking about others’ reviews that note it tastes different-that’s because they haven’t had fresh ingredient pizza in so long. The owners (I assumed) were fun and kind and the cozy/small pick-up makes you feel like you are in another country-Italy. “I took my guy here for his Father's Day dinner on Saturday because the weather was going to be bad on Sunday. This was our first time here. Our waitress Seline was very nice and so was the manager Bess(spelling?). The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely. My guy had lobster crab cake, ribeye steak with mash potatoes and asparagus. I had Cesar salad, seabass, mushrooms with mash potatoes and asparagus. I would highly recommend this recommend this restaurant. Everyone was very nice to us!“

“Dukes BBQ was on the agenda for lunch today. It’s not the first time and this review should have been done long ago. Great tender Brisket, baked beans, and chips. My coworkers had some lemon pepper wings which they shared with me. The chicken slid off the bone..delicious! It’s a must stop if in the Dundee area!“

“We have been there twice. My 6 year old had a blast both times. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The coffee is delicious. One part that stood out to me both times is how well the parents monitor their children. We’ve been to similar places and had a few issues bullying. I’m not sure if it’s the layout but here you’ll see the parents actively watching, and even engaging with their kids. Thank you for providing such a safe place for our kids to play.“

“My wife and I stopped in at the Lake Zurich location this past Saturday, 1/11. We definitely loved the beer and the establishment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also had a great wood fire pizza food truck. I highly recommend Phase 3. We will definitely stop back in..“

“The food and ambiance at this restaurant were exceptional. We celebrated Mother’s Day, and the pizza was delicious overall. The starters were burrata and fried ravioli. Both of which were delicious. We ordered a traditional think crust and a Detroit style pizza. However, I found the Detroit-style pizza to be excessively doughy. I understand it’s a thicker style, but it was a bit too much. Our server, Kyle, was attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful time enjoying a lovely dinner here.“

“Lou Malnati’s was the venue for my mother’s 90th birthday party. We had 20 people. The manager was very informative, made planning very simple. The hosts were so kind and polite. The waitress was exceptional. The food was the typical excellent pizzas and salads. It was a great time by all.“
