This place gives the Vienna hotdog a serious run around the park with the different flavors, ingredients, and the way their dishes are served to make their food items unique. I was getting off of work one day last week and wanted a hotdog, but I didn't know where I wanted to go. I Googled the word dawd (because I thought it was different lol), and The Dawg Park in the Arboretum appeared just 3 doors down east of Xsport Fitness. The staff was nice and polite. The environment was clean and inviting. Tony, the manager, introduced himself and gave me a history of the establishment. I asked what he would suggest because everything on the menu looked mouth watering. I had the Muddy Fries ? and Ninja Dawg . Not only was it great tasting, but it was very appealing to the eye. Presentation and flavor are everything to me. This place is very kid friendly with a children's menu, children movies playing, video arcade games, and a giant connect four. “My wife planned my surprise 40th birthday at Region. From start to finish the night was perfect. The food was impeccable and very well cooked. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful and just pleasant throughout the entire night. Everything went perfect and i would recommend anyone to have their private event at Region.“

“Medieval Times was an all around amazing and entertaining place to be! The food, entertainment, and experience were amazing. In a large group of students from Ohio, we had our choir all go together and had an amazing night on Friday!! (4/19)One of the main things that really helped us enjoy the experience was the amazing treatment and service with a special needs. When talking to our sever, he was very kind to her, and accommodated to her perfectly to make her have the best experience. (Shout out to server Daniel, you were so awesome!!)I also wanted to mention the Green Knight. It was awesome that all of the Knights took pictures with the audience afterwards, but when it was brought to his attention that one of the audience members was special needs, he was even more kind with taking extra time to talk to her and continued to take pictures with her and talk about a flower he gave her.As a student who has seen many different reactions from people, it was so important that every one of my classmates and I had fun at the dinner, but it made it even more special that they were so caring, kind, and respectful of our large group.To people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, THIS is an amazing place to be, and I can’t wait to come back to this location again!!“

“I love playing trivia at Hot Pockets on Mondays. Gabby is the best server, she always is checking in and making sure everything is okay! “Can't say enough about this place. I have been coming to Uncle Bill's since 2007. Mostly it was lunch and my favorite rib-eye stake sandwich at the time. I came back to this place after 14 years of being out of the country. It is still the same family atmosphere, great food and a friendly service. This bar is popular but gets more crowded in the summer months. Located on the Fox River it's always fun to stop while boating. They also have gas for refueling boats. There are also a lot machines and there is outdoor seating in the summer months. I would highly recommend visiting no wake.“

“We had a girls dinner at Coopers Hawk and all was fantastic - the food, atmosphere and service. Our waitress Paula was amazing and just so sweet attentive. I ordered some appetizers to munch on. The drunken shrimp (came with 5) were good and crisp. the ‘over the border egg rolls’ were the best I have ever had! Two of the three dipping sauces it came with were dynamite! “We got there when they first opened and our service was great. I’ve been places that act out off by the arrival of customers upon first opening so I am appreciative that was not the case. We drive for a living so getting to stop and eat somewhere is a treat. This spot is connected to a hotel so the parking may be minimal depending on what they have going on. We’re in a 40’ straight truck and still found parking with a full lot. Being that it was my first time I’d never had the Hawaiian chicken before. It reminded me of burbon chicken, which I am not a fan of. I asked if they could remake the chicken without the marinade and there was no issue. Don’t let that discourage you from trying the Hawaiian I’m just a super picky eater. The rice pilaf and broccoli were great! Check your water cups because I didn’t catch mine til later into my drink that it had some floaties at the bottom. I had no toddlers with me to cause this. I did let my waitress know and she took care of it and informed me she switched water sources. I mention this so anyone with an issue isn’t hesitant to bring it respectfully to their attention and they too will respectfully address and fix the problem. No yelling or fits are necessary. Now that we know this place is here and we can fit our truck we will be sure to try more dishes in the future should we return to this area. “My friend wanted us all to get together at this place for some dinner and bingo on a Saturday night...Yelp the directions and a way we gooooo! When we arrived it had a cool family vibe, it's in a corner strip mall so there's plenty of parking. As we walked to the restaurant we saw strings of lights and several picnic tables to eat outside which we can here in February so looking forward to checking out this place in the summer nights. When we arrived they had several tables, high top tables. A long bar table to sit and eat and in the back of the place more picnic tables. When you want to order you would have to order though their qrcode at the table and they would bring your food to you, or order on their 2 standing tablets then wait to pick up your order. We even had a staff come to our table for a friend who couldn't get into their app. It sounded like if you have a group that's some people were ordering with the code separately, you have to take turns so the table number comes up with our order. I believe this is a cashless establishment as I didn't see anything paying in cash or a register. Ok on to the food... All our orders came in chinese take out containers in different sizes depending on what you got. I got the 10 pcs wings with buffalo sauce, if you wanted more or another different sauce like bbq that's extra. It's not bad juice regular sized wings flats and drummers but they were not seasoned/flavorful by itself so I sauced it. The fries were ok a bit soggy sometimes I like that vs too crispy. Hubby got the chicken sandwich he liked it. Typical sandwich. As for our drinks we got waters in blue plastic cups but our slushy booze came in an 8 oz glass. I got piña colada with booze was strong and good. Hubby got the hurricane slushy with booze strong and good. They have several flavors of the slushy machines that you can see in the pick up area. They offer with booze and without booze so kid friendly. They service different salads bowls, chicken sandwiches/beef burger, chicken tenders, and chicken wings. They have kid friendly food like Mac and cheese. We came here on a Saturday night for some free bingo with prizes it's about 2 hours of fun. Fun for us because 4 of us won a bingo prize of $5 off of food on a Saturday bingo night so we're coming back lol! One of the prizes was over $1k cash prize to fill up your bingo card in 52 numbers or else money will roll over! Overall, it's a nice place for family night , friends to hang out and those who love playing bingo... Tip, if you come on a Saturday night after 5:00pm it gets packed so come an hour or more to get a table to eat dinner or stay awhile if you want to play some BINGO.“

They have a fairly typical American style menu with a little bit of something for everyone, and the small bakery area has a good enough variety to soothe anyone's sweet tooth. My wife and I both had skillets and although my wife didn't necessarily like something about her steak (maybe the marinade?), we did generally enjoy our meals. I mean, they're skillets, so there isn't much to judge as most skillets are very similar and hard to mess up. The service was great, we were checked on quite a few times during our meal, with our waters being filled without having to ask. We would definitely eat here again if we're passing through Crystal Lake.“
