“The service is always incredible here, but tonight was especially amazing. Our server (Maggie) was more than accommodating to our needs and treated us and our baby with so much patience and kindness. She knew the menu and described options very well! The brisket would be my favorite menu choice so far.“
“A little disappointed. Went at 5pm and had to wait 45 min for a table. Restaurant was half empty so assumed it must be a staffing issue. Many parties who came after us left vs waiting. We went for Lobsterfest. The Maine lobster tails were very good, but kinda small. My husband had the all you can eat shrimp and the waitress was so busy she never came back after his initial order to ask what shrimp he wanted next. She also didnt bring his side, a baked potato and said it would be a while and asked if he wanted a different side. She never came back. All our fountain drinks were empty and never got refilled. My daughter and I were finished, so when she did come back she took our plates and told us to pay on the electronic pad on the table. I told her my husband wanted more shrimp, so she took his order. We sat there and had to wait 15 min for his shrimp then watch him eat it. He would've gotten more but for times sake, he just wanted to leave. The suggested tip was 18%, 20%, or 22%. Are you kidding me? I left 15%, but the service wasn't even worth that. The food was good though.“
“Bleuroot is honestly one of my favorite restaurants. Being gluten free and focused on healthier eating, there are so many options to choose from on the menu. The cocktails are unique and taste amazing as well. I have been here three times and have never been disappointed. I will continue to come back often.“
