“Service was incredibly accommodating from Management to waitresses. We had an impromptu party of over 20 for a Union meeting in the middle of the day. We reserved the largest table available but our party became too large, Management moved us to a private area of the restaurant which allowed us plenty of space to conduct business.The food was wonderful! The atmosphere was excellent! Management went above and beyond!“

“I can say that this a good place to grab some beers and food. Great service, even after a week of going for the first the guy at the Bar knew what beers my buddies and I had the first time. Good ambiance although it does lack vegetarian options. We did have their Spinach Artichoke dip with chips, tots and pretzel. They do have board games, cards, Jenga game. Live singing on Fri night (not too loud), decent number of TVs to watch Sports.“

“The service was incredible an employee let us have at least one free game because me and my friend are new to the location and it was awesome. The ambience is phenomenal. I love all of the racing games that are VR or motion based also the Godzilla VR was incredible and also a lot of of these games that are not at Rosemont is incredible even though we didn't have any of the food at this location I probably would consider going back and having food I would recommend this Dave & Buster's location over the Rosemont one Schaumburg has the better one“

“Went here for the first time with my son and his family, including our grandkids. We had a late lunch on Saturday afternoon and were surprised to see that the brunch menu was offered. There were not many other diners due to the odd hour but the host and our server were very welcoming and attentive.I'm not a big drinker but I had to try the Bloody Mary. It was slightly spicy and adorned with all kinds of interesting toppings (salami, pickles, cheese...)For my meal, I had grilled salmon over roasted veggies. It was cooked perfectly and one of the best salmon dishes i have ever had.My granddaughter liked her chicken and waffles which was served on skewers. My grandson had his usual burger and ate it and all his fries so it must have been good.I don't really remember what the other adults had but everyone raved about their meals.For dessert we had the peanut butter Snickers pie and the baked cookie with ice cream. We went there for lunch for my husband birthday and wanted to watch a football game and got sits in front of not working tv . Which is kind of weird because the restaurant has tons of tv and many available tables. I ordered a glass of wine and it’s came in a regular glass, not a wine glass. After we asked for a wine glass the waitress said that they are using a regular glasses as a wine glass. She did exchange it for a wine glass but when I ordered a second glass she did bring me a dirty glass. Her words was: “it is your lipstick in a glass and I used your previous glass for wine”. I’m sorry but it is not a free refill and I’m paying for another glass of wine and I would like to have a clean glass. I honestly think then you pay a hundred dollars for lunch for family of three you deserve a clean glass. We are never come back to this place. I’m honestly done with it. It’s been very frustrating.“
