The food is very very good and you know it's a great place to go when there is a wait line, sometimes out the door. You have the option to eat outside in good weather. My husband and I always try to get the cozy two seater table in the little nook by the window. The food is very tasty and plenty of flowing coffee. Due to illness we are not able to come out much, but I sure miss this place. Lots of wonderful Saturday morning breakfast memories. Wishing you great continued success.“

“The food here is FANTASTIC. We ordered the stuffed banana peppers, coconut shrimp, salmon that’s on corn tamale cake (oh my goodness), seafood linguine, and lobster mac n cheese. We were both really impressed with how delicious all of the food was. Our waiter Jorge was so kind and attentive. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.“

“After a week of travel for this Mom, the last thing I wanted to do was to make dinner. This isn't the first time we've been to Glen Prairie and I knew it was just the place I wanted to go. The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

We usually get an appetizer, dinner, and dessert, and a non-alcoholic drink. It is a little pricey ($50-$70/pp depending on what you order) but worth every penny! They have mini desserts so even if you are full you could manage to have a little something sweet at the end! You won't be disappointed!!!“

Once you come in; you are greeted with a warm greeting and and enthusiastic smule by the host or owner. The servers are very accommodating , friendly and helpful. They check on their customers for whatever they need until your meal is done. The busboys are hardworking and any requests will be granted right away. The food/dishes are cooked just the way you requests. Their steaks and eggs are up to par. The prices are decently priced. For what they serve you, good amounts of food. Well worth it. Freshness and presentations of foods are stupendous! Never did I have any complaints the way the place is ran. Very clean. Wide open. Eventhough i live far. I kept going back and i know when i leave, my tummy is full, content and some take home left overs. Check their menu. Check the big breakfast meal. You can't go wrong with their reasonable prices. “Marvelous play to come and play. On weekends, live entertainment, with lots of great bands, doing many oldies and nostalgic songs! Great food for reasonable prices, fantastic staff and customer service, and the music is what I come for. I am 70 and find people my age and older, tearing up the rug. Yeah, lots of fun, and comaraderie with those of us senior citizens, that don't act like it, and will enjoy ourselves as much as the band allows. You won't be disappointed with the atmosphere, the music, the customer service, or anything really! Cmon down and see for yourself!“

“We love this place, very good food and newspaper coupons are frequent. However, I’ve loved their chicken for years but something changed about 2 years ago. I think they may have switch cooking oil or something. Chicken is now bland and a little “off”“

“I visited Kong Dog Rolling Meadows today and had the best meal!! Hot Cheeto dog, Dorito dog, and potato, they were so fresh! We also tried the ramen and Tteokbokki - they were so delicious! We will be back very soon!! Staff was so sweet and food didn’t take too long to make!“
