Staff is always friendly and accommodating. More establishments should care about the quality food they use and customer service.“

We went there on a Wednesday and they had fantastic fried catfish! The beef stew was on point as well. All the food we had was good.

“I have been dealing with our Bloomingdale Honey baked for a couple of years, both personal and catering for work. The food and service are both outstanding. Always on time, always pleasant - and the food is always fresh and excellent. Can't say enough good things about them.“

“We stopped by the Shack for the first time. I’ve been to one before and I remember it being good just not always on my list of must return. The food here is fantastic IMO. Even my daughter who “hates fast food,” loved her chicken sandwich and everything was served fresh.

I did not like the kiosk only ordering system. I feel like it took the personality out of the place. In fact, we had very little people interaction at all. The one staff member we talked to was friendly. I just think this is one of those places that went a little too far with relying on self serve.

I also found the facilities not as clean feeling as I would have expected from a premium fast food experience. They was a sticky film on the tables and common areas, and the door windows were clouded with handprints. Not the best first impression.“
