I’ve been to many different Shake Shacks including NYC, Schaumburg, West Loop, among others— I expect consistency, which I have received at all locations, except THIS location. They have those self serv kiosks for ordering food/payment there,but at least they have an employee who will order and ring you up.Ordered hamburger,fries which were good,but the chocolate shake was awesome.Ample amount of seating for dine in.My only complaint it was cold in the restaurant,turn the heat on!

I've heard a lot of hype about shake shack and saw there was one on Army Trail... so decided to stop there. I did figure I should get a shake, as it's part of their name but really just wanted food. They ask your name in the drive thru which I found to be a nice extra of customer service. Their menu doesn't list what condiments come on a burger and the staff also doesn't ask nor inform.
