“I was introduced to this place when I was in High School and absolutely loved the Pancakes because they were fluffy and came with alot of toppings. Although at the time it seemed like it was cluttered with chairs and their staff was a little rude the food made up for everything else.

Fast forward 6 years I went back here with my friend on vacation and the decor and how everything was setup made it feel really refreshing and not cramped anymore. I had gotten my favorite chocolate pancakes and tasted the same they did 6 years ago with a ton of toppings and the same fluffy goodness. Me and my friend both agree that the food here is better than First Watch“

“I enjoy this Panera better than others. I had a huge issue at another location. Food wise at the Bloomingdale location, they do a good job on my custom orders. The building is clean (haven’t been to the bathroom yet) and the staff are nice. Just a little consistent wipe down on the monitors will do. Please bring back the grains (the protein substitute).“

“The empanadas were very tasty. Great proportions for a snack or an appetizer. They could probably even become a meal once you have a full plate. Each empanada was full of flavor. That was quite a treat. This time I asked for a dozen of cookies. They were very delicious. I paced myself with each cookie so that the aftertaste would last just a little bit longer. Nice distinct flavor made each cookie stand out. That box of cookies was "a cookie party" And finally, the dragon fruit cheesecake... In one word - PHENOMENAL !!! Impressive visually with the three colorful layers and so incredibly delicate in taste. The dragon fruit cheesecake is a pure JOY to have. I highly recommend this local treasure. Next time I plan on visiting ALPACAke for lunch.“

“Brewpoint is a gem in the Western suburbs of Chicago. I am entirely blessed to live blocks from their craft location on York. Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are top notch (haven't tried cocktails or charcuterie yet). A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.“

“First things first, the food was honestly okay. The steak skillet didn't have too much steak, was a bit chewy, but otherwise it filled myself up and had some good flavor. The pancakes were not that great, they were a bit spongy and didn't taste as good as I'd like but pretty standard for a breakfast place
Now, the service was a different story, honestly my server made me feel very comfortable, speedy delivery, no mistakes whatsoever, kind and sweet. I I would keep going here again and again just because I feel very welcome in this establishment.“

“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. “Skillets, Country fried steak, coffee, & sweet sides are all sooooo good. Great bang for your buck here. They go the extra mile to fill up your coffee quickly and even give you three eggs with all meals instead of the classic 2 eggs. Must stop breakfast spot if you’re in this lovely town!“

“Visited this cafe with my friend on a quiet weekday evening and we both ended up liking it more than expected. The lighting was warm, music stayed soft, and nobody was rushing customers even as it got busier later. I ordered cheesecake with hot chocolate while my friend tried pasta and coffee. The cheesecake texture was soft and fresh instead of dry. Our drinks took slightly longer because they were handling several takeaway orders, but staff apologized and kept things moving calmly throughout the evening rush.“

“This is hands-down my favorite coffee shop in Schaumburg. The pastries are always delicious, and the coffee is consistently amazing no matter who’s behind the counter which is something I really appreciate. Their espresso is my favorite in all of Schaumburg.

What makes this place truly special, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. As someone who comes in often, it means a lot that they remember customers, pay attention to what you order, and genuinely make you feel appreciated every time you walk in.
