Mimi is such a gem! If I could give her a thousand stars I would. Her sweet nature and amazing way she interacts with my kids and just the warm feeling you get in her presence is a stand out. Not to mention the food is always incredible and very reasonably priced. We love Mimi and Prairie Cafe - absolute best in town!!!
