“The drinks are good but the games are better“
“I've been here a few times about four o'clock or so and the lady that's usually there is really nice and very accommodating (don't know her name). I was in yesterday and there was a guy on the machine hitting the buttons so loudly after 40 minutes of this I couldn't take it any longer and had to get out of there! I would have stayed another hour if he wasn't doing this. I like to go and have a beer and unwind from work and it was none of that. It's sad that some people are so self absorbed they have no consideration for others. Btw I wasn't the only one that was getting agitated. This is in no way a bad review, the place is great! I just wish people would think of others.“

“I didn't get any food so I gave it a three to make it average. As far as the service went the lady with the cane, even though it look like she was struggling she served us all and always asked us if we wanted a drink or some snacks or anything. The atmosphere... everyone was having a good time and the machines were hitting so everybody was having a ball!.... except for the one guy on the end. It wasn't his lucky day, maybe next time for him though. I walked out $160 in to play & about $580 cash in hand!“

“10 stars We came here hungry and they delivered! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and so mouthwatering. Scott (host) was very pleasant and even helped take our pictures. Our waiter Marlon was very attentive to us, they were clearly informed of the menu and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back and will keep sharing the incredible experience we had with others. Thank you, Honey Berry!!! Great hire manager. They deserve a raise.“

“I ordered from them on Grubhub for the first time today for my two children and I. My kids have never tried boba before, they’re 4 and 8, so I thought it would be a nice treat. Omg they were DELICIOUS!!! I also opted for the mystery cup which was a super sweet surprise! I’m going to take my kids here very soon so we can actually enjoy our time in the shop itself ❤️“

Great Chai, Delicious Treats, and Excellent Service!
Had a great experience at Chai Corner! We ordered chai, a brownie, and puff pastry, and everything was enjoyable. The chai was satisfying, and the snacks made for a perfect combination.
A special shout-out to Nawaz and Subhan for their excellent service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience.

“I visited for the first time today as I just happened up on this Place while
making a U-turn and I am very picky. However the owner was very accommodating and made my drink to order without any rush at the window and it was absolutely perfect. Nothing but good vibes and customer service all around. I definitely recommend.

“We have been there twice. My 6 year old had a blast both times. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The coffee is delicious. One part that stood out to me both times is how well the parents monitor their children. We’ve been to similar places and had a few issues bullying. I’m not sure if it’s the layout but here you’ll see the parents actively watching, and even engaging with their kids. Thank you for providing such a safe place for our kids to play.“

“I rarely eat out these days because it’s hard to find places that truly care about using quality ingredients, but this place blew me away! The food is absolutely delicious, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The Million Dollar Bacon is incredible—perfectly cooked and so flavorful. “The food is absolutely delicious. All fresh ingredients make for an amazing taste sensation. The gallery offers unique types of merchandise (many are perfect for gift-giving). It is a small place, and not easily spotted from the street. It is located just one block West of the intersection of Plum Grove Road & Euclid Avenue, ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EUCLID AVE & BROCKWAY STREET IN PALATINE. The owners/staff are very friendly,, accommodating, and provide excellent service. I can't say enough good things about this place, and want to give it a big shout-out because it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. You must check it out!!..... not only because it's a great little place, but because we should all do our part in supporting our local small restaurants & businesses. *I suggest trying the macarons for dessert“
“Iris makes Tracy's a lot of fun! Great personality and always has the place looking sharp. An incident happened a couple of weeks ago and I felt so sorry and scared for her. An employee from the resturant next door...My Cocina, became very agitated and got right in her face and was yelling at her. I actually got scared and thought the police were going to be called. He was out of control. Iris handled the situation and he left. But she should not be harassed by this employee. He continues to come in and it is very uncomfortable for those of us that go to your gaming lounge.“

“I was introduced to this place when I was in High School and absolutely loved the Pancakes because they were fluffy and came with alot of toppings. Although at the time it seemed like it was cluttered with chairs and their staff was a little rude the food made up for everything else.
Fast forward 6 years I went back here with my friend on vacation and the decor and how everything was setup made it feel really refreshing and not cramped anymore. I had gotten my favorite chocolate pancakes and tasted the same they did 6 years ago with a ton of toppings and the same fluffy goodness. Me and my friend both agree that the food here is better than First Watch“

“What a wonderful breakfast place! I went with my wife and daughter, and we had such a good meal. I had the Mexican omelet tacos, my wife had the egg, bacon biscuits and gravy, and daughter had the breakfast avocado toast. Each dish was delicious. Our server, Deisy was very attentive and friendly. Come in for a wonderful breakfast experience!“

“I tried Bettina's Tea Cold Brew at the Palos Heights Farmers' Market in 2022. Delicious and Refreshing. I was hooked. I had to replenish over the winter. I placed an order via her site. My order arrived in a timely manner and the product was fresh and included a sealed pouch ,so that I could store the opened loose leaf tea bag. Five 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.“
“I call Stella's place my home away from home. The place is very inviting. I used to go to GVC but I like this better because there's only a few people playing and everyone is so friendly. Jonathan Is usually hosting when I go and he is the best. He is so friendly that the minute you walk in the door, he treats you like a long lost friend. He remembers what I drink and has it ready before I even say anything. If there are no machines available he offers to call Shelby's but usually I just wait around and visit til someone leaves. I've never met anyone like Jonathan, he loves his job so much and it shows.“
