“Decided to have dinner here a few nights ago and was very pleased with our decision. For appetizers we had edamame and takoyaki. Mains, I had spicy beef ramen with a big beef rib in it, my husband had beef curry rice, my daughter had pork katsu rice, and her fiance spicy chicken ramen. Everything was delicious. You can have the spice level adjusted to your preference, I ordered Mild and one of us ordered Fire (spiciest, using habanero peppers). Free refills on sodas. Service was fast and our server was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking out front. Definitely recommend it. We would come back here again. 👍”

“It's a bit of an older place, just vibes-wise, but it just means the food there is amazing since the chefs are so familiar with every dish they make. The waiters and waitresses, despite not speaking English as a native language, are all so kind and considerate as well! I highly recommend the Hainan chicken rice and the Vietnamese iced coffee. Also, the pricing is insanely good for the quality of food. Looking forward to going again!”

Like many Mexican restaurants they have rice and beans on the side, but this is some of the best rice I have had. Very flavorful. They even can do a hard corn shell taco! “Hosted a baby sprinkle for 20 people at Hugs and Mugs and it was wonderful! The team at hugs and mugs made it a great experience. The gelato and beverages were delicious and very reasonably priced. They did custom printed designs on steins and insulated mugs for us that we gave as party favors. Even has a playroom that the kids were able to use. An amazing time and so happy to have learned about GiGi's Playhouse!”

Because it was apparently their dinner hour… one table was eating. The bartender started swearing at us and the other was so concerned we cheered yet let a dad pay her off to allow a teenager in days ago. Handed us the bill and then called the cops on us. Mind you the cops laughed hearing how they were. Would not recommend a thing. Terrible atmosphere and incompetent rude staff.”

As far as the service went the lady with the cane, even though it look like she was struggling she served us all and always asked us if we wanted a drink or some snacks or anything. The atmosphere... everyone was having a good time and the machines were hitting so everybody was having a ball!.... except for the one guy on the end. It wasn't his lucky day, maybe next time for him though. I walked out $160 in to play & about $580 cash in hand!”

“I had a chance to swing in last week and it's a nice, comfortable setting. The food was excellent if you are interested in Austrian/German bites. The people working here were super nice compared to similar tyes of places in the area. They even had a 50% off beer special going on! I will be returning for sure.”

“Dinner | $20–30 Service is very poor here, especially after they hired a new chef who uses garbage ingredients and does not even use the ingredients that is listed on the food description. We ordered the basil Thai rice with chicken after having a good experience the first time with nice large pieces of white meat chicken. Well sadly the second time instead of using chicken, they put a bunch of mushrooms and there are not supposed to be any mushrooms in there and there was not any chicken. So I called and I spoke with Annie, who was supposed to be the manager. She said that I would have my next mail free. So I called today and ordered basil fried rice with chicken. Instead of getting basil fried rice with chicken I got a small container of brown rice plain and then a container of something that looks like ground beef with a few basil, leafs and onion. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had and it was absolutely not basil fried rice. It looked like they ground up chicken organs, and it tasted even worse. I would avoid this place at all cost because clearly they don’t care about quality and service any longer and when they make a big mistake, they double down and make the mistake again and they don’t really care to make things right.”
