Why, you might ask, is he reviewing a Dairy Queen?The answer is, I went in for a slush drink, simply fruit juice (lots of sugar) and ice. What I found was they have dairy free and gluten free options.There aren't a lot, but they have some, what I call, "fake ice cream" bars in the freezer case. I had something similar to a Klondike Bar - fake ice cream dipped in dark chocolate on a stick. You know what? I was good. We live about two miles from here and, when I'm at the plaza, I'll stop in again.In the Northwest Suburbs, we need more dairy-free, gluten-free options. A few have sprung up over the years, but this one is very easy to get to.“
“The employees are very kind and polite.They work together as a team, helping each other when needed.The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous.We especially enjoyed the chili, which really hit the spot.We like this place and highly recommend it.“
“It's love or hate with White Castle. I love it. Been enjoying since the early 1980's. Some of my friends and even my wife can't understand why, but I get the "crave" at least twice a year. I was sad to see one of my favorite locations closed, but hope all the others stay open. I have to fly into Chgo from the DC area to get my White Castle, but it's worth it...to me. Cheers ?!“
“We went to the drive thru they put on the sticker 49 and on the order was a 46 so they took 40 min to figure it out when we got our food it was already cold...They need to pay more attention to what numbers they put in your car and what numbers they put on the order.“
“Called to have a gender reveal cake made and WOW did these 3 girls absolutely exceed my expectations. Sam, Dayanara and Neva 100% killed it on this. Huge thank you. I sure hope the owners takes care of you 3 and pay you well, if they don’t take your amazing talent to someone who will.
