“First 2 times were fantastic. Great food, great service. Third time only received half of my order and the other half was someone else's. It was busy so I can understand they just need to check a little more closely as I saw the lady at the window look in my bag and take something out. Overall, I would recommend this location as the food I ordered was still delicious.“
“Dairy Queen has always been about the ice cream and sundaes. However some people like myself eat the Chilli dogs and other food items offered. The food is average and definitely could use a new updated menu with more options. The customer service was great and she helped explain the menu items for me. The reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because it's quite drewy in the building and it also could use an update. ENJOY!!“
“While I always enjoy my visits to Portillo's, I couldn't help but notice that the Streamwood location seems to be missing a certain charm. Perhaps a bit of updating or sprucing up the decor could enhance the atmosphere. Additionally, I've noticed that compared to other stores, it's not as neat and organized. Just a few small improvements could really elevate the experience.“
“Had no problem with the food. Order was correct and staff was pleasant and courteous. But, it just didn't seem comfortable sitting with my jacket on while the employees are back where the cooking area keeps them warm. What was annoying after sitting there for a little while was the background noise. Finally figured it out to be the furnace fan. Some kind of buzzing noise. After a while I just wish it would stop. Annoying. I don't hear this in other fast food restaurants. Did they go cheap on the HVAC unit when remodeling?“
“Not only was the food amazing, the Sunday night crew went above and beyond the call of just food service. As my girlfriend become stranded, the car died in the extreme weather, but this crew took care to make sure she was safe and she got back on the road.“
“Came here to use wifi, normally do not visit the interior. Have to say the interior is well cleaned and well kept, staff was super friendly and understanding of my needs. My required accommodations were met and I was not rushed out the door.“
“I have been coming here since they opened. I've seen this restaurant survive covid and thrive before and presently. Always delicious, but service and food runners could be better trained and more attentive. The manager who also tends bar is quite delightful. He was extremely attentive and gracious with the issue we had.“

“Took The Wife here for a late lunch. It was busy-ish, but we got a table fairly quickly. I got a Cheeseburger that took a very long time to make, and The Wife got a soup and half a sandwich. Nice place for the most part, but the seats and tables were sticky and dirty. Prices were more than average. A bit on the high side. Not sure if we'll come back.“
