Ben Keegan & Adele were at your store when I went in and let me just say it was an exceptional customer service experience!!! These days it's hard to come across good customer service and it was great to know that it still exists!! From the moment we walked in to the time we left they went above and beyond! Good job!! Used to be my go-to for a quick lunch when I’m working. Unfortunately, it seems like the last 6 months every time I come here, it takes 20+ minutes. I used to order whole still at work and the food was ready when I arrived. Now, I order ahead, drive about 7 minutes, and still end up standing around for 15-30 minutes, often getting my food well after their stated time. The sandwiches are great, but I don’t have the time to eat here at lunch anymore.
