“I made my first visit to Prime Sushi & Ramen today. It won't be my last. I ordered negihama maki (yellowtail roll) and salmon roll for pickup. My order was ready on time, the portions of fish were high quality and generous, and they got my special request (no wasabi) right. I haven't had the dine-in experience yet, but they occupy the former Amore Mio space, which is lovely. I'm delighted to have another fine restaurant in that space, and I look forward to becoming a regular!“

“Absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Kaiseki Bento with Salmon, and it was a feast! The grilled salmon was perfectly cooked—crispy skin with tender, flaky meat. The bento came with miso soup, fresh salad, delicious gyoza, tempura that was light and crispy, and a few California rolls that rounded out the meal beautifully. Great presentation and flavor. Sushi EN has definitely become my new go-to for Japanese lunch and dinner specials!“

“EXCELLENT food! Don’t think you can go wrong ordering any of the dishes. Staff are very friendly and pay attention. I got bulgogi fries and chicken katsu k-bowl. Both phenomenal but the bulgogi fries are great value! Highly recommend.

Environment is also nice, you can tell they spent some $$$ on certain chairs, lighting, fixtures so the place looked nice.“

To try sushi! This is an impressive and innovative grocery store cafe. They have a full dining space, quick service, and both hot and cold Food options, along with authentic Japanese grocery options. Very easy ordering and check out space. The photos I took don’t do it justice. I visited at 6:00pm on a Sunday and it was pretty busy in the cafe space. Love!!“

“Love that they offer so many vegan options here. I come here for specialty itmes that I can't find anywhere else. They have vegan donuts, croissants, cookies, and more. They used to have vegan tamales which were great but I haven't seen them in a while. Good place for a variety of food!“

“I came here to enjoy some sushi and it was absolutely delicious. I got the california roll. But the best part was our server, Linda. She is very beautiful and has such a kindhearted soul she is a Godly woman. Her aegyo is so refreshing. She is really brave and her presence encouraged me to always do my best.

“Went here recently for the first time. We got the all you can eat deal. We started with the crab rangoons and they were below average. It was just cream cheese inside with no flavor. On the other hand, the sushi was great. Very fresh, quick, and flavorful. If the crab rangoon was seasoned better, this place would be 5 stars.“

“Ordered carry-out from the Vernon Hills location and loved it! Fantastic quality ramen, flavorful broth and still hot after getting it home. Miso Ramen and Taiwan Ramen are fantastic, but beware that single pepper icon, because it’s no joke! (And I say this as someone who grew up eating spicy food 🙂) Delicious, but intense! I would LOVE to see a milder version of the Taiwan Ramen (or at least a way to adjust the heat, like the Spicy Miso), because the flavor was truly amazing and addictive.“

“If you want authentic food an amazing experience then this is your go to. The owners are hardworking and they do everything themselves. When you come here, you will be greeted by the hostess/waitress with a smiling face. A sweet Japanese man will be making the sushi and a lovely woman in the kitchen preparing with love all of the hot dishes. It is places like this that I love to eat, quite the opposite of the corporate chain restaurants who give you minimal while charging the max. This place does the opposite. You get the full value out of your dollar and it is well spent. The freshness of the sushi and the flavor of the chicken yakitori are second to none, because love is an ingredient that is not often found in restaurants anymore. Please do yourself a favor and bring your family to a restaurant that you will feel wholesome while filling you up.“

“The persons were nice and welcoming just like the place, and the food was delicious. Honestly in my opinion it’s the best sushi I’ve ever had. The one with sauce on it is the California Crunch Roll. It’s a mix of delicious flavors with a bit of sweet to it, and it was delicious I really recommend it. And the other one is called Big Mouth, it’s a bit spicy but it’s really good. Specially if you like spicy stuff I recommend it. But overall I totally recommend this place, and you can also takeout which is really helpful if your in a hurry.“

“Love this place!!! Great prices and everything is SO fresh!! love the quality and the packaging is so cute and sustainable. They always make sure to cordon off the wasabi from the sushi which I love too because I don't care for it in the slightest but my husband loves it so I always give him mine. I don't know anywhere else I can get this quality combined with the price. 3 rolls for under $30 is unbeatable in my opinion. As long as they're around I'll continue to order from them at LEAST once a week!!! Keep it up guys❤️“
