“The persons were nice and welcoming just like the place, and the food was delicious. Honestly in my opinion it’s the best sushi I’ve ever had. The one with sauce on it is the California Crunch Roll. It’s a mix of delicious flavors with a bit of sweet to it, and it was delicious I really recommend it. And the other one is called Big Mouth, it’s a bit spicy but it’s really good. Specially if you like spicy stuff I recommend it. But overall I totally recommend this place, and you can also takeout which is really helpful if your in a hurry.“

Miso Ramen and Taiwan Ramen are fantastic, but beware that single pepper icon, because it’s no joke! (And I say this as someone who grew up eating spicy food 🙂) Delicious, but intense! I would LOVE to see a milder version of the Taiwan Ramen (or at least a way to adjust the heat, like the Spicy Miso), because the flavor was truly amazing and addictive.“

“Love this place!!! Great prices and everything is SO fresh!! love the quality and the packaging is so cute and sustainable. They always make sure to cordon off the wasabi from the sushi which I love too because I don't care for it in the slightest but my husband loves it so I always give him mine. I don't know anywhere else I can get this quality combined with the price. 3 rolls for under $30 is unbeatable in my opinion. “I made my first visit to Prime Sushi & Ramen today. It won't be my last. I ordered negihama maki (yellowtail roll) and salmon roll for pickup. My order was ready on time, the portions of fish were high quality and generous, and they got my special request (no wasabi) right. I haven't had the dine-in experience yet, but they occupy the former Amore Mio space, which is lovely. I'm delighted to have another fine restaurant in that space, and I look forward to becoming a regular!“

“Absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Kaiseki Bento with Salmon, and it was a feast! The grilled salmon was perfectly cooked—crispy skin with tender, flaky meat. The bento came with miso soup, fresh salad, delicious gyoza, tempura that was light and crispy, and a few California rolls that rounded out the meal beautifully. Great presentation and flavor. Sushi EN has definitely become my new go-to for Japanese lunch and dinner specials!“

We ordered Scallop deluxe roll, Spicy crab crunch special, Salmon special roll, and Volcano deluxe roll. We definitely will be coming back! The owners were so sweet and welcoming.
