“Amazing food, made to order!! Delicious and fast please tip the servers well!! They deserve it“

“perfect foods...great decorations.. nice price...“

“What makes this place really special is the person behind the food. Chef Auna runs the kitchen herself, cooking with recipes passed down from her mother. She's serious about quality, she crushes her own chili peppers, uses no MSG, and makes sure everything tastes fresh. You can genuinely taste the care in every single bite.

It was the best Thai I've had.“

“Hands down one of the best Tonkatsu Bentos around. The pork cutlet was crispy, golden, and incredibly juicy. Sankyu Sushi & Izakaya does an amazing job honoring traditional Japanese flavors while delivering consistent quality. A five-star experience every time.“

“Delicious your food 🍱 very friendly !!!!“

“My wasabi roll was outstanding! Absolutely delightful. Thank you!“

“We were so excited to have found this new place for yummy sushi poke bowl! We adore that modernized look of the restaurant and there are a lot of variety of poke bowls to choose from. My boys like the mushroom and California rolls sushi while I enjoyed the spicy hot fish poke bowl a lot. The staff and owner were super friendly and nice. The place was stylish, neat and clean. The sashimi was fresh and delicious! The food was served fast and the price was reasonable too. We are definitely coming back!“

“Van’s is my new sushi spot for ordering! Can’t wait to actually step inside one day lol but their shrimp tempura is by far my most favorite item!!!!! Everything is delicious.“

“Absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Kaiseki Bento with Salmon, and it was a feast! The grilled salmon was perfectly cooked—crispy skin with tender, flaky meat. The bento came with miso soup, fresh salad, delicious gyoza, tempura that was light and crispy, and a few California rolls that rounded out the meal beautifully. Great presentation and flavor. Sushi EN has definitely become my new go-to for Japanese lunch and dinner specials!“

“This place deserves 10 stars! The Sushi Sashimi Bento at Neta Sushi is fantastic with chef’s choice sushi and sashimi that melts in your mouth. The California roll and salad complete the meal perfectly. I also ordered the Truffle Yuzu Salmon, which had a beautiful balance of citrus and truffle flavor. The Wasabi Tuna roll with shrimp tempura and spicy tuna was bold and delicious. Amazing sushi spot in Park Ridge!“

“We ordered Bulgogi Kimbop, Crab Cream Cheese Roll, Teriyaki Salmon Roll, and Famous Fried Chicken with honey garlic sauce. Everything was very fresh and tasty. The bulgogi kimbop had a generous amount of fillings but I could have used more of whatever delicious sauce was on it. My kids (age 2 and 3) devoured the crab cream cheese roll and the salmon teriyaki roll was slightly sweet and smoky and delicious. The boneless chicken was great. It was so crunchy and perfectly cooked and drenched in the his sticky honey garlic sauce that I was licking out of the package. The man who was running the restaurant (and cooking and ringing up orders, one man show!) was really nice and super kind! The restaurant didn’t have too many tables but the ambiance and decor was super cute and it was not loud inside. I will be back when I’m in town next.“

“I love the place but friendly advice have a reservations“

“Sushi lover here. Ordered couple times 3 rolls lunch special and it was great. The quality of the rolls is top notch. Today I went to try the signature nigiri and Ari maki along with their house sake and it was just amazing.
Make sure to try the Zuke salmon nigiri, Yellowtail signature nigiri and the Big eye tuna nigiri as well. They are all wow😌“

“Food was so good 😊 we love the lunch special’s they have.“

“Ordered carry-out from the Vernon Hills location and loved it! Fantastic quality ramen, flavorful broth and still hot after getting it home. Miso Ramen and Taiwan Ramen are fantastic, but beware that single pepper icon, because it’s no joke! (And I say this as someone who grew up eating spicy food 🙂) Delicious, but intense! I would LOVE to see a milder version of the Taiwan Ramen (or at least a way to adjust the heat, like the Spicy Miso), because the flavor was truly amazing and addictive.“

“My fiancé and I went here over the weekend and it was amazing! The sushi is so fresh and super filling. The protein to rice ratio was great. We ordered Scallop deluxe roll, Spicy crab crunch special, Salmon special roll, and Volcano deluxe roll. We definitely will be coming back! The owners were so sweet and welcoming. It's not all you can eat, but the sushi quality is amazing and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!“

“One of our favorite go-to spots! Everything is consistently delicious—the rolls are amazing, and the chicken and pork katsu are hands down some of our favorites. They put their own unique spin on the sauces, and it really takes everything to the next level. Also, the salad and dressing are super fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend Hakuya!“

“Always a dining experience for my tastebuds. The service, the food, the ambience. You couldn’t ask for more. The sushi rice is, hands down, the best we’ve ever had. Questions answered, recommendations given, new adventures with unknown cuisine. This is our go to for the authentic taste of Japan.“

“awesome food awesome drinks awesome service five stars easy“

“Excellent food and service!! Highly recommend!“

“Great place to hangout and good sushi“

“This is a smaller establishment so service can be hit or miss. Seating is limited so you sometimes feel like you are right on top of the party next to you. The selection of options though for the all you can eat sushi is extensive. Always have to get an order of the edamame and crab Rangoons!“

“I’ve been searching for a great place for sushi and I’ve finally found it at Tekka! The sushi is outstanding here and very fresh! The menu has a long list of options for all! The staff is quick to serve you and is very friendly and knowledgeable! The entire place is immaculate and tastefully decorated! And the smell of seared tuna and scallops fills the air making way to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere! Well done!“

On a busy Saturday night, was very lively but my girlfriends and I could all chat without shouting- a huge plus! “My father and I were craving some Sushi that night. On the road, it was thundering and pouring outside. Absolutely hell to say the least, run inside this place and my god, you step inside, the atmosphere + the decor make the place look really authentic. Clean floors, clean tables, ample seating for friends and family. I was hyped to try something new.

The Owner named Susie sat both of us down, introduced the menu and said her recommdations, we took up the offer and got our plates. My god, the portions were a lot but food was out of this world. I can absolutely tell the fish are fresh here and not a day or two old. I espeically loved the soup with the fish and vegetables, both had a very good and savory combination too it. No Disappointments there.

Susie shared her story of her passion & love for making Sushi and told us opening this restaurant has been a big dream of hers. My father and I were touched by her amazing words and story, seeing how good the food was, we couldn’t help but to order some more food and leave a large tip for her gratitude.

This restaurant was absolutely fantastic, mind you, the Owner is always there to help out. I absolutely highly recommend coming to this restaurant, infact I would say, had to be the best sushi place I’ve been to in a long time. I will be absolutely coming back, hungry for more. Amazing Job Susie and the Team! ❤️“

“This sushi place is so good!! Everything me and my family try is always so consistent and delicious. The Chicago fire and the coconut lady rolls are amazing. Their fried rice is sooo good and the portion is huge! Their Thai iced tea is always great. Service is always very good!! If you’re looking for a nice date night or family friendly meal, this place is the perfect spot.“

“Very nice, hardworking staff and delicious food! Love this place and highly recommend!! 😋👍“

“Food is super, staff is very friendly, prices very reasonable, the owner is always there and waiting for you. Strongly recommended, don’t miss that place if you’re near there. Im going there from Fox Lake to enjoy one of the best food.“

With over 50 halal sushi items—including amazing cold sets, baked rolls, and signature dishes—you are completely spoiled for choice. They also offer fantastic menu discounts, making it highly affordable without ever sacrificing quality. Every single roll is packed with flavor. 10/10 recommend!“

“Welcome to Elmhurst! My poke bowl was amazing and my kids loved their sushi! So fresh and good! We will be back.“

“Got Pork Tonkatsu with house sauce curry. Was $16.99. Came with 2 pork cutlets, good helping of rice, and a salad with what tasted like thousand island dressing. Pork was crispy and tender, sause was a slightly sweeter curry, rice was well cooked. Over all great price for food. Lady at counter was very polite and food took about 8min to cook. Would recommend“

“Nobori Sushi is a sleek, welcoming spot that blends traditional Japanese charm with a modern, relaxed vibe. The sushi here is consistently fresh and beautifully presented — every roll feels thoughtfully crafted rather than rushed. The Nigiri and sashimi stand out in particular, with melt-in-your-mouth texture and clean, balanced flavors.

Service is polite and attentive without being overbearing, and the staff seems genuinely proud of what they serve. The menu offers a nice mix of creative rolls alongside classic favorites, and the prices feel fair for the quality you’re getting.

The ambiance is calm and intimate, perfect for either a quiet dinner or a casual night out. If anything, a few of the cooked dishes could use a touch more seasoning, but that’s a minor note in an otherwise excellent meal.

Overall, Nobori Sushi earns a solid four stars — a dependable go-to for quality sushi, great service, and a pleasant dining experience.“

“Love this spot! First time visiting and came
To try sushi! This is an impressive and innovative grocery store cafe. They have a full dining space, quick service, and both hot and cold Food options, along with authentic Japanese grocery options. Very easy ordering and check out space. The photos I took don’t do it justice. I visited at 6:00pm on a Sunday and it was pretty busy in the cafe space. Love!!“

“Absolutely incredible experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The atmosphere is a solid 10/10, the interior and design are 10/10, and the food is simply on another level.

I ordered the Snow Crab Salad, and it was an absolute 10/10 — fresh, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. The Sea Bass was just as impressive: beautifully prepared, incredibly flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

Both dishes completely blew me away. Every bite hit every taste bud and delivered layer after layer of flavor. This wasn't just a good meal — it was the kind of food you remember long after you leave.

Atmosphere: 10/10
Interior: 10/10
Food: 10/10
Overall experience: 10/10

Absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!“

“Food was excellent. Highly recommend.“

“Spicy miso Ramen, so good“

“We've lived in this area for 20 years now, and this is hands down one of our favorite local establishments. The service is warm, yet efficient, and the food is outstanding. Highly recommend for an evening with a few friends or an intimate one on one dinner.

I wish nothing but the best for this restaurant and its owners. Solid A+.“

“Finally tried this restaurant after having driven by many times. It happened to be during happy hour so I ordered the choose 3 rolls for $15. I was expecting a small order but it seemed like a regular portion. I ended up ordering another roll and bringing some home. Will definitely return to try other rolls.“

“This is the best Japanese restaurant in the world, plain and simple. For food: sushi, ramen, tempura, you name it, they have it. For drinks: sake, beer, Ramune, the list goes on and on. Don’t forget the mochi for dessert as a sweet treat to end your meal. Service is impeccable. There is outdoor dining during the weather-permitting summer months. New customers often become regulars here and if you ask, many will say this is their local favorite. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. You just have to try it for yourself.

P.S. Look for Amanda. Love her. She’s awesome and always available.“

“The food is amazing! Love the all you can eat setup where they bring you your broth, meat and seafood then you go to the buffet tables and get all the veggies, noodles, and sauces you want. This way you don't have to commit to a large quantity of just a few vegetables. I like it because I don't like mushrooms but my partner loves them so he can get a many as he wants and I can get extra lotus root instead. This is our new favorite place to get hotpot and we will definitely be back to try all the different broths, meats and seafood.“

“Insanely delicious and fresh sushi.“

“The food & service are always spot on. We only go a few times a yr for birthdays, & we are always greeted kindly by the front of the house as well as all the servers. Had the hot dynamite roll for the first time & it was amazing!“

“The best sushi ever! I have moved from New Jersey and was looking for Eastern European style sushi. Since I found Sushi UA I have not eaten sushi in any other place.

I love about 20 minutes away, but it never matters when I need to pick up my order. Because it is worth it every single time!“

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. From the thoughtfully designed space and beautiful ambiance to the genuinely warm, humble people who make you feel so welcome, the care behind every detail is unmistakable. The food is exceptional, and the quality speaks for itself - you can tell no corners are cut.

Our family has officially found our favorite sushi spot. Welcome to the neighborhood! Wishing you all the success you so clearly deserve.“

“The food was good and the service no complaint the atmosphere was really good too I always like to go there to eat. They greet you when you walk in and they thank you for coming in.

Vegetarian options: The vegetables are very good to eat.“
