“This place deserves 10 stars! The Sushi Sashimi Bento at Neta Sushi is fantastic with chef’s choice sushi and sashimi that melts in your mouth. The California roll and salad complete the meal perfectly. I also ordered the Truffle Yuzu Salmon, which had a beautiful balance of citrus and truffle flavor. The Wasabi Tuna roll with shrimp tempura and spicy tuna was bold and delicious. Amazing sushi spot in Park Ridge!“

“Blufish offers a great selection of fish centered appetizers, maki rolls and asian inspired entrees. Not photographed but the tuna tartare and wasabi chips were a stand out. The bibimbap was a group hit and paired nicely with the various rolls as our table was all sharing. The design of the restaurant is chic, modern and lighting is perfect for a date night or night out with friends.“

“Best Sushi Restaurant on the planet. Not only was all the food superior than any other Sushi restaurant I've been to. My family and I had a feast.(I mean all the food was good). Very reasonable prices as well. The most astonishing fact about this restaurant was the host (Quam) his amazing knowledge of food and customer service was unlike any other. we chatted with the owner once, and he told us he even makes the wasabi from scratch. the wasabi alone deserves an award, so flavorful, not the harsh store-bought kind. the owner is almost always there, making the sushi himself and running things with such a friendly vibe. he truly deserves recognition. this is literally the only sushi my stomach can tolerate, so that says a lot.

and it’s not just the sushi. their entrées are unforgettable too. my husband swears by the chicken katsu: crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the portion/price is super fair.
