“Ironically I ran into the owner during a Lyft ride and he was my driver. So two weeks later I try the food and it's out of this world. He specifically told me he uses the finest, freshest, high quality ingredients-which is apparent when you try the food. No seed oils here either! “Bluefin in Park Ridge has become my go-to for business lunches, and I keep coming back for good reason. This is the best sushi I have found outside the Loop, and I have covered a lot of ground. The fish is consistently fresh and the rolls are executed at a level that most city spots would be proud of -- not the watered-down suburban version of the cuisine, the real thing.

The atmosphere is what makes it work for a lunch meeting. The music is cool without being intrusive, the space has energy without feeling chaotic, and the staff is sharp and attentive every time I walk in. “They have delicious ice cream and the staff was so friendly. We werent sure what flavor to pick, and the workers were glad to reccomend flavors to us. Definitely pricier, but still creamy and delicious. I would recommend the peanut butter cookie dough for sure! The line was short and we got served right away.
