“This is a gem that everyone should know about, but I'm thrilled there isn't a 30+ minute wait every time I go.
As someone who loves coffee, I still don't understand how their coffee tastes so good. Their plain, black coffee and Americanos taste out of this world. Some of the best coffee if not the best I've ever had. The food is always fresh, tastes/seems made to order, and again the coffee is amazing. A friend who doesn't drink caffeine loves their decaf, and as someone who doesn't drink decaf, even I like their decaf.“

He had the surprise steak which was phenomenal! I had the short ribs which were perfection! We enjoyed soups, appetizers, sushi, the works. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. I can only hope that one day they will build it there.“

“OMG! as someone who is celiac having this from a gluten free facility is AMAZING. I just got my order and I dug into a cookie dough bite, yes gluten free stuff tends to be gritty BUT this is so much better than when I was first having to be gf. I am so THRILLED that this place delivers, I felt like a kid in a candy store ordering and opening my box. and the best thing is I have sensitive teeth and IT DIDNT HURT MY TEETH! I will absolutely be a regular customer this is AMAZING. Not too sweet but sweet enough and gluten free facility is a DREAM!!!!“

We ordered the beef pho special which was $15.95. We have eaten at many pho restaurants in and out of the city, and I mean many! This pho is similar to most places, it's not the best but it's also not the worst. Despite the reviews saying it isn't flavorful, I think the pho was good for the value and I recommend trying.

We also ordered their special combo rice I think it's #505 on the menu for $18.45, such a great value, so much food! It comes with a grilled pork chop, lemongrass citrusy dipping fish sauce, Chinese sausage, an egg quiche, a fried egg, white rice, a little mini tomato lettuce daikon radish salad, and a mini miso soup!!!! Everything was so flavorful! The pork chop was grilled and had such a really nice flavor. The miso soup had a lot of seaweed in it and it tasted rich and warm! I really enjoyed this dish, highly recommend.

We tried their ice soda with lemon which was $4.50 the server told us that they actually make this in-house themselves it's a sparkling lime drink and it tasted like a bubbly lemonade which I really enjoyed, it wasn't too sweet and was very light and refreshing! Highly recommend, especially for the spring and summer!

We also ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls for $5.75. They are huge, well stuffed, and tasty, definitely recommend.

And we also tried their squid cucumber salad which was $8.95. It comes with squid and thinly sliced cucumber and it has such a great tasting marinade. It tasted a little bit like wasabi so it had a little bit of a kick to it but not overwhelming, you could taste a little bit of the soy sauce but it wasn't too salty, and it had such a nice flavor. It was very unique tasting and I really enjoyed it. The squid had a nice texture and it wasn't rubbery or overly chewy. The cucumber paired very nicely with it giving it a nice fresh taste. It comes served cold FYI. If you're an adventurous eater like I am and want to try something new I recommend trying this dish!

Overall, the customer service was great we were seated immediately and we were served our food quickly as well. The server was nice and answered my questions regarding the menu items. The food was also plated very beautifully and aesthetically. The quality of the food was great no complaints.

We ordered two entrees, two apps, and a drink. What a great value for $60! We left feeling satisfied and despite the low ratings, I'm glad we gave this place a chance. We drove by here one time a while back and never dined in bc we read the negative reviews but today we passed by and we decided to try them and Im glad we did, I would definitely come back!

In terms of the atmosphere, the only feedback I have for management is that the restaurant was freezing cold. When we walked in it was like a freezer I wish they would have turned on the heat and made it more comfortable for their customers sitting in and dining in. I had to wear my jacket because it was just too cold. Also the music wasn't it, you're playing some kind of middle eastern Indian type music which I thought was odd given that it's a Vietnamese restaurant. They need to change the music to match the Asian vibe and make it more inviting. For these reasons, I had to give it three stars for the atmosphere. But for the food and customer service five stars!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“I’ve been coming here for about 18 years, and this place has never let me down.

Everything on the menu is consistently amazing. The tom yum and tom kha soups are both incredible—packed with flavor and always hit the spot. The cucumber salad is super fresh, the pad see ew is done perfectly, and the lime chicken is one of my go-to favorites.

And you have to finish with the mango sticky rice—it’s so good.

Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything here. It’s one of those places where everything is just consistently great every single time. One of my longtime favorites.“

“Honestly the most organized, fast, clean and airy and sunny Panera around. I have sip membership and I parked myself at this Skokie Panera for the most day when I work from home. I over hear some of the most genuine conversations from people who gather here to meet friends regularly. There tend to be a lot of senior and influential retirees there talking about important topics if you listen and watch people. It’s such a great “third” place for me and many. Thank you store managers for running such tight ship. Every employee there is always helpful and courteous and smiling. It makes it very easy to want to be surrounded yourself here when you just want to put your heads down and keep the coffee flowing…“

“This was my first time trying Epic Burger. The service was great and the food came out super fast. I ended up getting the farmhouse burger. It’s a burger topped with a sunnyside egg, pickles, lettuce, grilled onions & their epic sauce which is basically thousand island.

The burger came out perfect. It was nice and grilled and still juicy. They don’t overdo it with the epic sauce either. It was the perfect amount of.

“Panera Bread became my favorite family dine-out, sub and salad joint, when we lived at Great Lakes Navy Housing and my husband worked in Deerfield, IL, back in 2005. My most memorable meal is the Greek Salad next to the Apple Cranberry Salad... Their Panini sandwiches are delicious too! All food is freshly made daily, and at the end of the day, they gave their daily baked goods to their last paying customers on that day. Not sure if they did that regularly or as a generous gesture since we were a young military family of 5. Either way, I recommend Panera Bread!“
