“One of the best restaurants in Chicago! The lunch special is my favorite - the most flavorful kabobs and rice (I upgrade to the Kabuli style rice). I also love the Kabuli Palaw (lamb shank). Service is always efficient and friendly. Afghan Kabob is worth a visit even if you're not in the area!“

“We ordered Bulgogi Kimbop, Crab Cream Cheese Roll, Teriyaki Salmon Roll, and Famous Fried Chicken with honey garlic sauce. Everything was very fresh and tasty. The bulgogi kimbop had a generous amount of fillings but I could have used more of whatever delicious sauce was on it. My kids (age 2 and 3) devoured the crab cream cheese roll and the salmon teriyaki roll was slightly sweet and smoky and delicious. The boneless chicken was great. It was so crunchy and perfectly cooked and drenched in the his sticky honey garlic sauce that I was licking out of the package. The man who was running the restaurant (and cooking and ringing up orders, one man show!) was really nice and super kind! The restaurant didn’t have too many tables but the ambiance and decor was super cute and it was not loud inside. I will be back when I’m in town next.“

“We placed an online order for pick-up. The order was ready exactly when they said it would be. The food was cooked perfectly and everything was so fresh. By far the best tasting Thai food we have had in a long time. Very nice and friendly people.“

“Such a chill cozy spot for some kbbq. We came here for some grilled gopchang and daechang and it did NOT disappoint. The intestines came out so crispy and delicious! They also did not skimp on the banchan, this is one of the best banchan spreads I’ve seen. The hubby’s fave of the night is the Wagyu boneless short rib 😋“

“We were there last Tuesday great place to eat at. The servers were great to us welcomed us there. I met the owner of the restaurant the food is made fresh when you order we are coming back again next week Tuesday after my DR appointment. Great people I liked the way the servers check on you see what you need I do recommend this place to try if you out an about or need something to eat please check them out thank you so much we will come back next week. “Lai Thai is our go-to spot! Our family has been going here for over a decade. This is the only restaurant in the area that has stayed consistent in quality, price, and service. They treat you with the hospitality of family. I personally love the yellow curry, pad thai, panang noodle, chicken satay, curry fried rice, and also the mango panna cotta! So good! We love Lai Thai!“

“This is the best Korean food I had this year!! We had the goat meat of the house special for two and it’s unbelievably delicious!! We also had the fried rice afterwards and love that a lot!
I’m sure I’ll dine in again! Just hope they could open every day 😂
The space is a bit small but I felt people coming for a quick meal so the turnover rate is okay!
