Kimbop Korean Sushi Fusion is a family-owned restaurant serving food made from scratch. The salmon and tuna in the Mixed Poke Deluxe tasted fresh and soft, with crunchy items added to the bowl. The sushi came out fast and were delicious. The Miso soup is homemade, not machine, and the Poke bowl was really big for $13. The Korean bone-in fried chicken was amazing, with a crunchy and light breading. The hibachi fried rice and Yakisoba were also delicious. Service is attentive and kind, and the owners genuinely care about the customer experience. The place is quiet with nice decorations, and each table has a doorbell to ring for fast attention. It is not a huge space, but it gives an at-home atmosphere. Whether dining in or doing take out, customers will love the great Korean food.
