This place was clean, warm, and friendly. I ordered rare steak phó. No one seems to actually serve it rare anymore, though. I used to love it when the meat came to the table in a place raw and separate from the broth. Perhaps it's different in different places.The broth was bland, like it hadn't had a chance to simmer long enough for the spices to meld. It's a popular place, though. Pho Phu Linh kills it every time, whether we go in person or order delivery. We hype it up to all of our friends; we've brought a lot of people there with us. This takes one of my top spots for pho restaurants for sure. Appetizers are also amazing; I love the shrimp spring rolls. Service is sometimes slower than I'd like but not enough for me to knock down a star. Very clean restaurant as well.

Always a good and safe bet to go for a filling and delicious meal! Discovered this coz my parents live down the block and boy what a gem! We even came here and celebrated our courthouse wedding and was able to feed 20 people for a fraction. Even the servings are huge!Parking: Parking is free but the lot is small. On peak hours it can get crowded but once it dies down it’s pretty easy to park
