I've been here twice, and both visits were pleasant experiences. Yes, the service can be a bit slow, but the food is always delicious and customized exactly the way I like it.
On one visit, I placed my order through the kiosk and accidentally forgot to mention that I don't eat beef since I'm vegetarian. The staff was very understanding and kindly replaced my order without any arguments or hassle.

After 5pm the crew there is great. I can only tell you the amount of times I’m greeted with such kindness. The woman there is Puerto Rican and I LOVE HER, she deserves recognition for working hard and her enthusiasm and dedication to customer service has led me to this review. Her crew appreciates her as I was watching waiting for my food. Food is fresh and made how you ask no mistakes. Simple, fast and great service!
