“Today was the first time I have ever Ben in a Portillo’s Restaurant, first time I have ever had an Italian beef sandwich. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. I can only hope that one day they will build it there.“

“Everything is fresh and delicious! They really have something for everyone including vegan! It’s fast food only in the sense that it is fast. It’s very affordable too and we love their points program! Love their cheese ravioli and meatballs! I also love the Rainbow cone which is a Chicago original! It may seem like a weird combination of flavors but it works! Great customer service!“

And yes I ate 4 sandwiches - then I went to work and expedited a bunch of orders for our customers. We are so behind because the buying team has no idea what they are doing but whatever , anyways back to my point - the sandwiches were so good and I was so full that today I didn’t even stress about work.“

“I got the chicken joy bucket and the kbbq chicken sandwich and both were super good. The chicken was crispy and very juicy, and it came with a side of gravy, which I was super excited for. Spicy chicken was actually spicy which I enjoyed as well. Would recommend people to come and eat.“

“Just starving after working 10 hours non stop no break, food is good ,service is good only problem I left with no food and hungry because they don't have change 🙃 for $100 dollar bill 🙃 second time this happened to me at this place today was not good because I haven't had time to do grocery shopping 🙃, while some restaurants carry change Friday night and Saturday nights are the busiest I was told they have closed all registers for cash 💸 💰 at 6 pm ??? Never heard that before, since California is Love taco bell just disappointed 😞 about this issue registers are closed on a Saturday at 6 pm .“

“They have kiosks to order when you walk in. The staff is not very attentive to customers, but once you get their attention, they are helpful. When I was there, a customer was playing music on smartphone speakers, which is always an annoying occurrence.“

“I have been going there since it has been open. Really great sandwiches every single time. I love their idea of running every sandwich through their big toaster oven. There sweet reats are to die for! Especially the sugar cookies and dream bars! My classic order is a big wreck, on wheat, with all the trimmings minus the hot peppers. If you haven't been, it beats Subway any day of the week.

Had to put my own food in the bag. I like Tetris but sheesh“

“Was told at Panda Express on Milwaukee ave they were done preparing food for the evening at 9.10. Rushed down to this location and at 9.45 they prepared a fresh meal as they were also out orange chicken. Staff was polite, helpful and courteous. Everything you dream of when running a business. The location was spotless as well. Well done.“
