“Everything is fresh and delicious! They really have something for everyone including vegan! It’s fast food only in the sense that it is fast. It’s very affordable too and we love their points program! Love their cheese ravioli and meatballs! I also love the Rainbow cone which is a Chicago original! It may seem like a weird combination of flavors but it works! Great customer service!“

“Today was the first time I have ever Ben in a Portillo’s Restaurant, first time I have ever had an Italian beef sandwich. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. I can only hope that one day they will build it there.“

“I've been here twice, and both visits were pleasant experiences. Yes, the service can be a bit slow, but the food is always delicious and customized exactly the way I like it.

On one visit, I placed my order through the kiosk and accidentally forgot to mention that I don't eat beef since I'm vegetarian. The staff was very understanding and kindly replaced my order without any arguments or hassle.

What impressed me even more was the kindness of the lady serving us. Instead of throwing away a Mexican Pizza that was made by mistake, she offered it to a group sitting behind us. I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. She also didn't charge us extra, even though the mistake was on our end.

But sometimes not, so I give you 5 stars hopefully you try to keep giving hot food. and if not hot, just throw in frying oil for 20 seconds, its not that difficult , better than giving warm food that only warm because of a lamp. hot is best. ok? keep it hot.“

“My daughter got engaged on the spur of the moment and the closest affordable restaurant we could get to, that we could all agree upon, within our budget and time frame was this Panda Express 🐼 None of us has eaten at Panda Express very often, like it's been years, but we have to say that with the number of people we had (14) and the amount of food (tons) from Panda's family menu, the amazing customer service (they even took a family group photo, and had stuffed Panda Express bears), the speed in how long it took to cook that much, and the yumminess of everything... we will most certainly be returning soon!
