Ngl, service sucks 75% of the time. Even worse when you’re ordering inside or online/thru the app. The food is warm and pretty tasty tho, so I tolerate the slow wait. I did dine in recently and you could see the frustration on some customers because they had to wait. One person said, “never coming back here again.” Shame that Jollibee has this reputation in general.
Shout out again to Kuya Lino ! Thank you for being approachable as always po !
The friendly crew and delicious chicken

Jollibee is a vibrant and welcoming fast-food restaurant. The menu features a range of delicious options, including the Spicy Deluxe with bacon, Spicy Chicken Joy with rice, and Chicken Tenders with sauces. The Peach Mango Pie is a popular dessert choice. The restaurant offers a clean and modern environment with ample parking and seating. The staff is friendly and courteous, and orders can be placed at the counter or ahead of time. The restaurant also offers self-service for drinks and a drive-thru option.
The food is yummy, and the atmosphere is cozy and quiet, making it easy to talk. Popular dishes include the 2pc combo with mashed potatoes, spicy fried chicken, palabok, burger steak, and guava freeze. While the spicy fried chicken is less spicy than other locations, it’s still good, especially with the sauce. The palabok is a favorite. Service is fast, and the place is clean, though parking can be a bit tight. Some online menu items may be unavailable, but checking in person is recommended. Overall, Jollibee is a great place to grab a quick and tasty meal.
