Wendy's offers a diverse menu, including the popular ghost pepper chicken sandwich and delectable cookies. The staff are generally attentive and polite, providing a pleasant dining experience. Many customers appreciate the great fast service, especially through the drive-through, which is often efficient and quick. Some visitors use the mobile app to order for lunch and find that their food is usually fresh and made to their specifications with few issues. However, there are occasional concerns about order accuracy and waiting times, particularly at certain locations where customers have experienced delays and mistakes even when ordering ahead. Despite these inconsistencies, Wendy's remains a reasonably priced lunch option for many.
