Ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday. It looks even better in real life. Service was great, ordering simple, and it was made ahead of promised time. Couldn't be happier.
Fantastic cake donuts and danishes! Schlegl's is a treasure. If you are in need of a morning (or afternoon) treat, go there! It's much better than a national chain or a supermarket! (I liked Dominick's cake donuts too, but Shlegl's's are bigger and better!) I only wish I lived closer....
Mom and Pop style bakery with a variety of sweet and savory goodies. We tried their cookie assortment, some cheese bagels as well as a Neopolitan and Bee Sting. All were delicious and ver more-ish.
What i also enjoyed was both the service - super efficient and friendly as well as the chatter in the queue between people waiting. It made the time pass faster.
We will definitely go back - this is an absolute gem of a bakery.
