How have I passed by this place so many times and never tried it? I got to know about this bakery through a customer who gave us a box of danishes and they were so good that I had to find out where he got them from. Lo and behold, it is from Schlegel’s and I pass by them pretty regularly. Now, I have stopped by around 4 times and each time I am very pleasantly surprised by their fresh and delicious pastries. A guy told me about this place. I've been looking for a place that sells custard filled donuts. I came late in the day so they were out of those donuts so instead I got in an eclair and a pecan dessert. Both of them were wonderful! The woman at the counter was very helpful and was full of information. Just a beautiful bakery with everything presented beautifully! Great service!

Went there on a Thursday morning. The bakery was not crowded. I ordered a dozen doughnuts. I brought them back to the office and they were gone within an hour. It is a little expensive though. $25.00 for the dozen.
