They make the worst milkshakes. I asked them to make it thick like every other location and they told me that they'll have to charge me extra. Every other location makes them the right way without extra charges, but here their milkshakes are like water.

Some drinks, like hot chocolate, have been poorly made, and there have been mix-ups with bagel orders. On a positive note, this location offers a variety of cake-like donuts, including coconut and butternut, which are made in-store, unlike many other locations that serve yeast donuts.
