5 star !!!!!
Pizza was good, the sausage on it was very good. Waiter was attentive but not overbearing. Turning left from the parking lot was a chore but that's true of all chicago. Most places cut as n out of state tag some slack, but not Chicago
Time to get better servers. I almost got my eye poked out by 2 different service people. Waitress not very attentive to our table, could have been better. Pizza was alright. Nothing to right home about. Wasn’t hot enough for me. This place needs to remodel and replace the carpet... disgusting !

Based on the reviews, Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is an outstanding location for a classic Chicago deep-dish experience. The food is great, the atmosphere is amazing, and the customer service is unmatched. The business is very well-known for supporting veterans. The authentic deep-dish pizza is truly exceptional, and the service is exceptionally courteous. For a first-time visit to Chicago, everything from the parking lot to the inside, service, and food was so great. The restaurant has gluten-free pizza now, which is fabulous. The quality has always been consistent for at least a couple of decades. The pizza is always great paired with one of their salads and another appetizer. The sausage patty is a unique style, and the cornmeal crust is a nice, unique touch. As one of the original Chicago style pizza innovators, it is a must-try.
