You really can't beat the original location. Best Lou Malnati's in the city, hands down. Dare I say, best pizza place in the city, too! Everyone has their preferences, but you have to admit that both their deep dish and thin crust are world class.The people who work here are also exceptionally kind and have an old school Italian (but not out of place nowadays) view of customer service. * Deep dish is amazing as always. * Service is fantastic. When they make a mistake, they do everything they can do accommodate you and make up for it. They gave us free calamari and we got to keep the extra pizza that they messed up free of charge! * Pleasant theming and ambiance. Easily the best pizza I've ever had.
