Everything is fresh and delicious! They really have something for everyone including vegan! It’s fast food only in the sense that it is fast. It’s very affordable too and we love their points program! Love their cheese ravioli and meatballs! I also love the Rainbow cone which is a Chicago original! It may seem like a weird combination of flavors but it works! Great customer service!
I just had my third bad experience with take out from this restaurant in a row. Sorry, but 3 strikes and you’re out. How do you omit the sausage from a meatball and sausage bowl? Unfortunately I don’t discover these screw ups till I get home with my order. Management needs to train their young staff better. Sorry but I won’t be back.

Buona is a great place for a meal at any time. The food is fantastic, fresh, and tasty, reaching a level far better than competitors in Chicagoland. The Italian beef sandwiches are exceptionally good, and the pizza, chicken sandwich, and cheese fries are also recommended. The fries are always hot and fresh, and the sandwiches are consistent.
The service is amazing, friendly, and professional, with staff showing great patience and care. The establishment is known for its excellent customer service, where employees are welcoming and go above and beyond to help. The location is also impeccably clean. This combination of fantastic food and exceptional service makes Buona a perfect place and a great choice for a regular eatery.
