I stopped in yesterday 8/7/2023 because I was waiting for an appointment at the Apple Store. It was my first time ever being in a Potbelly.What I noticed first was how HOT the restaurant was, as I was waiting in line the sweat was dripping down my back, it was hot and humid in the store.I mentioned it to an employee and that said they know it's HOT, that's why there were fans behind the counter blowing on the employees. I'm not a typical sandwich person. But on this particular day, I decided to try out this place. I ordered a half sandwich and soup. I believe the Mediterranean with broccoli and cheddar soup. It was quite tasty. I really enjoyed my meal.Kid-friendliness: While at the mall, whenever I would pass this place there are always plenty of young people in there. Also, it's located across the street from a H.S.Parking: It's in a mall, so there is plenty of parking.

Loved the sandwich! I think it's a little better than subway! We loved that the restaurant was warm and cozy! It wasn't busy so we could easily get our sandwiches! We loved the flavor and kick of jalapenos! Im glad we have potbelly here in dallas too! Looking forward to try them here as well!
