My name is Patricia cipolla and I currently work at Macy's Old orchard. I was at the restaurant on Monday April 22nd trying to get my free sandwich and cookie. But I ran into a complaint at the restaurant my phone was working so I had trouble with the potbelly app to show this young black manager I had a few sandwich and cookie on my app I had my two receipts that you are supposed to show but yet this manager Monday evening around 5 pm told me to get out of her restaurant and I couldn't use my rewards in that store. He was very rude very disrespectful to me. This manager should not be working with customers if he tells other to leave his restaurant and not come back. So I won't come back

I went there on Friday 3/29/24 between 1 pm and 2:30 pm, The lady "making sandwiches" was on her phone, completely ignoring customers. I went to the guy, who was extremely RUDE and told me to go over there in a very rude tone. I can't believe they're in business of how rude they were. Wow, I was in shock. smh. I walked away and did not buy anything. They truly need a class on how to treat customers. I would never go back there again. No way. They didn't care at all. They failed to realize that without customers, they won't have jobs. Unbelievable.

Loved the sandwich! I think it's a little better than subway! We loved that the restaurant was warm and cozy! It wasn't busy so we could easily get our sandwiches! We loved the flavor and kick of jalapenos! Im glad we have potbelly here in dallas too! Looking forward to try them here as well!

The iphone app screwed up but the guy working the register made it all work. Food was fast on a busy day and they got the order right. Excellent stuff.

The cashiers are super rude and mean. Clearly, they don’t care about their job and they expect you to bow down to them instead of them being respectful to customers. And why should I always be leaving a tip even when there is no service being done? I just came in for a bottle of water and they expected 20% tip? The tipping should be disabled from all the credit card terminals and employees need to take a class in customer service
Like others have said do NOT order from here. Ordered several months ago, order was supposed to arrive in about 25 minutes. Took over an hour and my drink was not included. Ordered again today, 1 hour after my order was supposed to arrive apparently DoorDash cancelled my order, no one caught it. I should add, I ordered from the Potbelly website, not DoorDash. When I called they were nice enough about it and offered to give me my lunch for free but i just waited an hour and a half for a sandwich that never arrived and now they want me to trust that I'm going to get my sandwich after another hour wait? No thank you. To make matters better when I started to complain I'm pretty sure the person on the phone just hung up on me.Update on this -- after the manager offered to give me my lunch for free, then hung up on me after I started to question whether said free lunch would ever actually arrive, they have failed to take this off of my credit card and now I have to dispute it with my card. Nice service guys.

It’s was okay, until it wasn’t. Found out my GM (Jacquie/Jacquelin Stewart) was fraternizing with an associate (who she was then trying to promote to Shift Lead) and she fired me. I tried to reach out to the DM (Garret Ellenbecker) but this man blocked me! I didn’t know this is how potbelly ran their business. Or treat their employees. One thing about large corps.. you’re just a number.She didn’t care that I have bills and I just had a baby. Fired me to protect herself. Protecting the benefit of her relationship and not the team.What a waste of my life

I stopped in yesterday 8/7/2023 because I was waiting for an appointment at the Apple Store. It was my first time ever being in a Potbelly.What I noticed first was how HOT the restaurant was, as I was waiting in line the sweat was dripping down my back, it was hot and humid in the store.I mentioned it to an employee and that said they know it's HOT, that's why there were fans behind the counter blowing on the employees. They also let me know that management refuses to lower the temperature in the store.Several of the workers were swearing through their shirts it was that hot.Even though everyone was overheating in that place all the workers did a great job.Would I go back, NO.If this is how little Potbelly thinks of their customers and their employees there is no reason to ever give them my business again.

I love Potbelly subs! I order the same one, every time. I just UberEats ordered a sandwich from this location and it was one of the most disgusting subs I have ever seen, smelled, or received.
