“Stingy about giving condiments. Asked for small sauce for side of gyro meat and register guy took it out of the bag after chef put it in bag because register guy said it I didn’t pay for it and it was extra. I asked how much it was he said 77 cents. Shocked at how Cheap Cheap Cheap this place was. He couldn’t just leave the sauce in the bag. Very very POOR CUSTOMER SERVE!!! Otherwise food is good.“

“My recent experience at Wendy's was a bit of a mixed bag, highlighting both exceptional customer service and a somewhat frustrating policy. I arrived at the restaurant after 10 pm, hoping to grab a late-night meal. I was walking, not in a car, and discovered their policy requires vehicles for service after that time. This was disappointing, as I was hungry and had no other options nearby. However, the cashier I encountered was incredibly helpful and understanding. Despite the policy, they went above and beyond and took my order anyway. I was incredibly grateful for their willingness to bend the rules and provide me with the food I needed. Their kindness and helpfulness truly saved the day and exemplified excellent customer service.
The food itself was standard Wendy's fare – a satisfyingly consistent experience. My burger was cooked well, the fries were hot and crispy, and the Frosty was the perfect sweet treat. No complaints there. However, the policy regarding walk-in customers after 10 pm is a point of concern. While I understand the potential reasons behind it, it seems unnecessarily restrictive and excludes those who may not have access to a vehicle, especially late at night. It created an awkward situation for both myself and the cashier, who clearly wanted to help but was constrained by the rules. While I'm incredibly thankful to the cashier who went out of their way for me, the policy itself needs to be revisited. It creates an inconsistent experience and ultimately detracts from what could be an otherwise perfect late-night dining option. The management should consider the needs of walk-in customers, particularly during late hours, and empower their staff to provide the best possible service without being limited by overly rigid policies.“

“Called to check if they have Veggie Patty. Dan picked call and confirmed yes. Later I asked if you accept coupon I have. He asked if digital, I replied NO paper with bar code. He said yes, I placed order over phone. Dan was so professional while taking order and I can see his enthusiasm in his tone. I requested my Coworker to pick. He told me that Subway he visited so far, this one is best with everything fresh and also staff is super awesome“
