Jennifer was absolutely amazing—she took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure we had the best experience. The churros were fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. We tried a few different flavors, and each one was better than the last! Super cute and cozy atmosphere for being a smaller shop, featuring super cute croissant waffles and the best peach oolong tea I've encountered. And I've tried A LOT of Bubble Tea places. I'll keep this place on my radar when I come back!!“

“This place is so great! We have tried almost everything here and it’s all delicious. Always a lively place too. I just wish they had diary free or vegan pastries. They really miss the mark on this one for those who can’t have dairy or are vegan. They are good about being safe when making your foods with allergies so I appreciate that!“

The staff was efficient, courteous, and attentive, even during a busy morning rush. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and the location was clean and well-maintained.

It’s always refreshing to start the day with great coffee and such positive customer service. Thank you to the team for maintaining such high standards—I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this rather than the Touhy nor the Lockwood location.“

“Staff are awesome, and very well trained. The manager's name is Victoria and she has a wonderful attitude whenever I see her. Typically I prefer spending time in standalone Starbucks locations, but this one is probably my favorite. Highly recommend“

“Great food and even better customer service. We ordered food for delivery and Grub Hub only delivered our pastries, not our dinners. When I called Sorelle, the manager apologized and said he would bring us our food. It is so rare these days to have that kind of service and we were so appreciative. We will definitely be return customers!“
