“My favorite coffee shop in Wilmette! The atmosphere is everything I want in a local coffee shop. I haven't tried many different food items (I'm a creature of habit, and always get my favorite) but what I have had is always excellent. The service is wonderful, and everyone who works there always is so friendly and looks like they enjoy the work. The patio out back is my favorite place to sit.“

“Why do you keep going back if “every time you go” there is a problem? That’s seems crazy. I believe if they make a drink incorrectly they will remake it with a smile on their face. If they don’t have an ingredient what do expect them to do? I really like this location, they are friendly and are working hard to serve you. Out of Oatmilk? Have you addressed this with management? Maybe there is a shortage, transportation issues? Seems to me you just want to complain about workers who are making you something you don’t want to make for yourself.
