Short staffed 2 times last week it took over 25 min to get our drinks when we ordered online. Staff handed everyone gift cards as an apology except for my daughter.
I physically went in and mentioned the slow service and was just told oh sorry.
Trapped in the drive thru here in wilmette at lake street and 94 once again. Wtf do they do inside? Its been 18 minutes.. looks like i have about 15 min more until i can get out. They need to do something about this place. I dont even want anything anymore. Havent even got to order yet. #trapped
