Monica is amazing! Her energy is infatuating. She is a true gem and a wonderful addition to the work place/atmosphere! Dunkin please make her a manager or regional manager in the near future. She is hard working, communicates and welcomes EVERY single person walking in the door! She is the epitome of 5 start customer service.
