“I usually order a matcha iced latte with banana syrup. The woman with the pink hair makes my drinks and she’s very friendly. Today, there was a new face and I overheard that he’s worked there for months. What threw me off was how he kept wiping his nose and running his hands through his hair while taking orders, then making drinks and serving food. My coffee tasted warm (I ordered a banana iced latte with cf). So I ordered a matcha to make up for it, but the drink itself was overly sweet and way too milky compared to the past drinks I’ve ordered. Maybe it was just a bad day, but overall it’s been decent.“

“Definitely great yummy food here. My friend lives off of Addison. The donuts, coffee and breakfast sandwiches are so good. I live in the suburbs in Aurora Naperville area and it’s always a treat for me to stop by and get Do-Rite donuts. Maybe one day there will be a Do-Rite donuts in Aurora/Naperville area in the future. I actually stopped at Do-Rite earlier today as I was in Chicago for the Cubs game. Keep up the great work everyone. You all make very good food. “I stopped in this weekend and ordered two donuts without realizing the shop is cash only (totally my fault for not reading the sign). When I realized I didn’t have cash, the very kind young woman working there immediately said, “No worries, you can just have them.” She didn’t hesitate, didn’t make it awkward, and truly acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all.

I ended up going to the bank and coming back because the way she handled that moment really stuck with me. That level of kindness and grace — when she could have reacted any number of ways — absolutely guarantees I’ll be coming back.

“I have come here quite a few times for breakfast and I can tryly say that the folks who run this DD are the best!!! They are super polite, very efficient, and always on time. There have been instances when I was running late and needed to get to work on time. I ordered from the app before I arrived and my food was always ready! “I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“I am a big Dunkin fan and go to several locations and this location is the BEST! They are fast, organized and the most friendly and helpful workers especially my favorite ZARA! She is so kind and friendly and always makes my day with her bright smile and positivity. The whole team there takes great care of me and often knows it’s me by my voice and remembers my order! The one time my cup cracked they had my back immediately too! There are Dunkin’s everywhere but the amazing customer service and kindness is what makes this place stand out. “Located in a small Uptown strip mall. Employees were very kind and welcoming of an elderly person in a wheelchair. Very refreshing to feel welcome in an otherwise gentrified Uptown. Oh yes, the latte and donuts were excellent“

“Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“
