The lesson learned this Tuesday morning: arrive at Deerfields Bakery early in the morning if you want to have a broad variety of items from which to choose. We were hoping for cookies, but we're very disappointed at the dearth of available product. Settled for a cheesecake to share with out of town relatives. Tasty and very rich, but not the dessert we were planning on.
I have been going to Deerfield Bakery for years and love the variety, service, taste, quality, and everything else about them! They are my go to bakery. Would highly recommend - 5 stars!

Everything I have ever purchased from here has exceeded my expectations and when I bring donuts to work, everyone raves how good they are. Other than sub par chain donut places in the city, there are almost none that I know of in the NW side of Chicago that are as good as Deerfield's. I do not mind the drive bc I know Im getting the best donuts.
