“My 4 year old son loved it here!!! He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. He said they were the BEST donuts he’s ever had! I had the cold brew with sweet cream which was solid.“

“The staff here are honestly miracle workers. I usually come to this location on the weekend before I go to work every time they have a crazy long line in the drive-through and have a line to the door inside. I’ve seen three workers max at this location yet they get my order out quick and it’s always correct and on top of that. They are very nice people. Meanwhile, the dunkin by my house will have eight workers and half the customers and you’ll be waiting triple the time you would be spending here. “The Dunkin’ on Northwest Hwy in Mount Prospect is always outstanding. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and everything is consistently fresh. I usually stop by in the evening, and I’ve never been disappointed. The drive-thru runs smoothly, the team works efficiently, and nobody beats the coffee at this location. “This location is very accommodating! The food was a bit more crispy/almost burnt, but I see they were busy with online orders. We bought a milk and the seal to the cap was broken so they gave us a new one. There was also a mix-up with the type of sandwich we ordered and the owner personally got us the right one! Now that’s what good service is! I’m not sure I’d come back unless the owner is here lol but hey I will still give them 5 stars.“

SO THE PLACE IS VERY NEWISH, IT WAS RELATIVELY FAST QUICK SERVICE AND I WAS AGAIN HAPPY FOR HAVING SOMEWHERE TO GO ON THIS CHRISTMAS DAY.“
