I have been to this location several times. Each time, the service has been slow. There are many people working there but only one person on the register. They do have a small Baskin Robin's are and a good variety of cakes to choose from. They also have a ton of seating and a party room. There is some outdoor seating. There is a drive thru.
Always come to this local dunkin as it has the Baskin Robbins attached, and it's open 24 hours. Has plenty of seats and you can always find students studying/working on things. Nothing to really complain about for food/service, just standard as can be.

I really don't understand the negative reviews, this place is busy every night, especially on Friday nights. I went last Friday and the service was fast, the order was correct, the place was clean and the restroom was clean. I have to give a rating of Five Stars, especially to the cashier who took my order and was very understanding towards my hearing impairment.
