“I visit this Dunkin’ location often on weekdays, afternoons, and weekends. The manager is always sweet, helpful, and kind, which is why I feel comfortable sharing this feedback.

However, I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the older morning employee. During my most recent visit, she closed the window rudely and had a very bad attitude. This has happened more than once.

I never see her working on weekends, and I’ve never had this issue during weekend visits. I hope this can be addressed to improve the customer experience.“

He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. “I come here because they do pour-overs. Really Good pour-overs. (If they're busy, multi-tasking staff may miss the correcting timing so the extractions are suboptimal and may alter the taste in the negative.) But still a great coffee - I'm nitpicking.

I enjoy this more than the other places in Libertyville because the barista's really know their products - every one I've talked with has been able to discuss each coffee with knowledge that helps me learn. And oh so friendly, nice people who work there.

Pastry choices are limited, so-so in taste, and too sugary for me (donuts, muffins) They could use some nice croissants, chocolate croissants, morning buns, etc. If they partnered with Hewn Bakery it would be perfect. (I will often get coffee to go, and bring my own Hewn to eat outside at the benches.)“

“I mean, it’s Dunkin- if you’re expecting a Gordon Ramsey experience, you’re the problem. Coffee is decent unlike other places that make coffee kind of watery. Donuts are alright, not a huge fan of donuts but impressed with their specialty donut of the month ?“

“Okay so some of the negative reviews are about the prices so I'll get that out of the way first. It is slightly more expensive than most dunkins I would say by 10%. That being said, the quality of the doughnuts are so much better. Like they aren't the chain Dunkin doughnuts they are different. You can make fun of me all you want but come try these damn doughnuts they are the best Dunkin doughnuts I ever had! They cooked the egg bites perfectly. My bagel and cream cheese was done extra toasty like I asked and it's perfect! They also did my coffee perfect too! Large mocha cream no sugar and it's perfect!Definitely coming back if I'm in the area“
