“I have visited this location a few times and have had amazing service. I decided to write a review and was very surprised by some of other people’s comments. My experiences here have been the best in a long time. The inside is clean and well organized and the staff works really hard to take care of all their customers. There is definitely a language barrier but with patience and kindness the service is unmatched. This will be my go-to location going forward.“

“I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ (Route 59 & Route 72) that I felt it deserved recognition. Even during a busy rush, the entire team remained friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient. What really stood out was the manager, Carlos—rather than standing off to the side, he was right there working alongside his team, creating a positive, upbeat environment where everyone was smiling and clearly enjoying what they do.

Carlos took the time to personally connect with me, which made the visit feel genuinely welcoming. Today 5/16/25 is annual event where cops collect donations for the Special Olympics. I decided to take a couple pictures and post. In images are the Dunkin employees, comini service officers, Hoffman Estates police officers and Hoffman estates fire department officers.“

“We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. Met the co-owner, wonderful lady with passion for this place. Can’t believe it has been open for over 2 years. Great kept little secret. Will be back to try more of the menu!“

“We got our daughter’s 4th Birthday cake from here. We chose princess themed and were able to customize. We went in and the gentleman taking our order was very attentive and wrote everything down. I called two days before to confirm and they immediately knew what I was talking about. Pick up was a breeze and everyone loved the vanilla on top (two tier) and chocolate strawberry on the bottom ice cream cake. It was decorated well and I could tell they took their time. I am very pleased and would totally go back!“

The multigrain thin breakfast sandwich with egg white, turkey sausage, and white cheddar was filling without feeling heavy and made for a solid, balanced breakfast. I paired it with hash browns, which were hot and hit the spot, and finished things off with a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles that added just the right amount of sweetness.
