Whether it’s a sweet treat kinda day they always have an amazing assortment of donuts and the coffee is always excellent plus Quick! I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings. My experiences here have been the best in a long time. The inside is clean and well organized and the staff works really hard to take care of all their customers. “We got our daughter’s 4th Birthday cake from here. We chose princess themed and were able to customize. We went in and the gentleman taking our order was very attentive and wrote everything down. I called two days before to confirm and they immediately knew what I was talking about. Pick up was a breeze and everyone loved the vanilla on top (two tier) and chocolate strawberry on the bottom ice cream cake. It was decorated well and I could tell they took their time. I am very pleased and would totally go back!“

“The soft-spoken woman who makes the cakes at this location is one of the kindest people I've encountered in a food service setting in my whole life. I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.“

“The store is managed by a couple of individuals who handle all aspects of the business, from taking orders to packaging and prepping the food.

Everything felt just right up until we ordered a pack of donuts. One of the employees began packing donuts in a haphazard manner, stacking multiple donuts into a single box, they could hardly fit into the box— quite clumsy and unhygienic!

With that said, the cappuccino we ordered was prepped sooner than we knew it and tasted great.

The company should train their workers to use the app before asking customers to download it. Failure of the training.“

“This location is very accommodating! The food was a bit more crispy/almost burnt, but I see they were busy with online orders. We bought a milk and the seal to the cap was broken so they gave us a new one. There was also a mix-up with the type of sandwich we ordered and the owner personally got us the right one! Now that’s what good service is! I’m not sure I’d come back unless the owner is here lol but hey I will still give them 5 stars.“

“The Dunkin’ on Northwest Hwy in Mount Prospect is always outstanding. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and everything is consistently fresh. “This Dunkin’ order was a great change of pace and turned out to be a really enjoyable combo. I started with an iced matcha latte made with almond milk, and it was smooth, refreshing, and nicely balanced—not too sweet and very easy to drink.
The croissant stuffers with chicken and roasted pepper were a pleasant surprise. Flaky on the outside with a savory, well-seasoned filling, they felt more substantial than a typical grab-and-go item. I also picked up an apple fritter, which was rich, satisfying, and perfect if you’re in the mood for something classic and comforting.
To round it out, the avocado toast added a lighter, fresh element to the order and made the whole meal feel complete rather than just snacky. Everything came out fresh and exactly as expected.
Overall, this was a well-balanced order that showed off a different side of Dunkin’. Definitely a combo I’d order again.“
