“We got our daughter’s 4th Birthday cake from here. We chose princess themed and were able to customize. We went in and the gentleman taking our order was very attentive and wrote everything down. I called two days before to confirm and they immediately knew what I was talking about. Pick up was a breeze and everyone loved the vanilla on top (two tier) and chocolate strawberry on the bottom ice cream cake. It was decorated well and I could tell they took their time. I am very pleased and would totally go back!“

“The store is managed by a couple of individuals who handle all aspects of the business, from taking orders to packaging and prepping the food.

Everything felt just right up until we ordered a pack of donuts. One of the employees began packing donuts in a haphazard manner, stacking multiple donuts into a single box, they could hardly fit into the box— quite clumsy and unhygienic!

With that said, the cappuccino we ordered was prepped sooner than we knew it and tasted great.

The lady at the counter took my order, came outside for my card, brought out my food. This is what I call service. Thank you for your personal touch. I APPRECIATE YOU!!!“

I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. They are consistent with making iced coffee that tests fresh and isn’t “river water” and the employees in the drive through are always nice. Providing samples and helping us work with the $3 deal going on in the app. Making separate orders and not making us feel like we are being difficult. Overall, had a wonderful experience provided and would recommend to others.“

“This location is very accommodating! The food was a bit more crispy/almost burnt, but I see they were busy with online orders. We bought a milk and the seal to the cap was broken so they gave us a new one. There was also a mix-up with the type of sandwich we ordered and the owner personally got us the right one! Now that’s what good service is! I’m not sure I’d come back unless the owner is here lol but hey I will still give them 5 stars.“

“The Dunkin’ on Northwest Hwy in Mount Prospect is always outstanding. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and everything is consistently fresh. I usually stop by in the evening, and I’ve never been disappointed. The drive-thru runs smoothly, the team works efficiently, and nobody beats the coffee at this location. “It’s ok. The workers could smile a little more and be a little more friendly. The hot coffee is always cold I have to ask for fresh coffee or I just go to McDonald’s. I have to go in because if I go through the drive through they always get my order wrong. Thanks for asking. But still I know nothing will be done about it. Also outside the store front is always dirty trash laying around maybe it could be power washed or something???“
